This Lea lady made things worse in my opinion. She kept laughing and fueling the fire. She talks about being a real friend but she should have told Jeff that he was out of line. Watching the episode, I was more angry at this woman for laughing and making light of the situation. Seems that she sides with Jeff to get a discount on his service to be honest.

I don’t think Lea and Jeff are real friends. They’re acquaintances. It’s a business relationship. It works for Jeff because Lea was at one time a Bravo personality known to viewers and it works for Lea because she gets to remain relevant to the Bravo world.

I agree. Lea Black was right on the money and what she said seemed to trigger a much needed discussion. Jeff was kind and soft spoken when he told Jenni that she had to go after her dreams while he had to assemble a staff that is aligned with his goals. I wish them both happiness and maybe in time they can be friends again (but I doubt it).

Everyone looses here. Jeff's treatment of Jenni and many other employees over the years has been beyond atrocious. People stay in terrible jobs for many different reasons aside from $$$. Sometimes it is easier to stick with the devil you know. However, Jenni going to Bravo was cheesy and her being "humiliated" comment would incite just about any employer. Jenni let her emotions run wild and so did Jeff just that Jeff has been a little too obviously concerned with "damage control". The comments made here about Jenni's "acting" carrer or lack there of seem on point. Too bad it came to this.

OMGosh stop speaking Lea! As far as the lunch....the only reason why he was “acting” civil is because Bravo had already talked to him about his aggressive behavior toward Jenni. So for him to say he is proud of the way he handled that meeting is laughable....he had no choice but to be civil. Jeff is verbally abusive, that is the bottom line. Jenni finally had it and said something and I don’t blame her at all!!! I used to love this show but over the last 3 seasons Jeff has gotten worse and worse. Last season the way he treated Zoila and Gage was HORRIFIC! I literally cringed and would have to fast forward on my DVR bc at points it was just unwatchable. He is not cut out to be the manager of ppl...in no way shape or form. If he wants to build his business bigger and better First....get a real office so your employees are not coming into your HOME ! Second...hire a Human Resource person/persons and let them do their job and deal with the employees. Third....stop saying awful hurtful things to ppl in front of other ppl bc you make a bad situation worse!

I remember Jenny taking a crack at showbiz back when Zoila was on the show. Needless to say, I'm not her audience ... and i wonder who is. My mouth is not the Bible, but Hollywood saw her desire to be in the business. They come for what they want ... or so I thought. With that said, Jeff employed her generously. He gave her a platform to attempt a career in showbiz and to meet ANOTHER husband ... after she played "suga momma" to the previous husband. Jeff is transparent. He has been consistent and has TOLD all of us exactly who he is. I love me some Jeff Lewis. Call him an asshole, but what you won't do is call him TWO FACED. I find people who show two sides of who they are liars. They're phonies. A friend would have quit to salvage the friendship. She was never his friend to take this to Bravo. I would never do that to a friend. Jeff sincerely apologized. Jenny was embarrassed and was in her feelings because chick was laughing, and felt ganged up on. Jeff has said worse to her for goodness sake. People who self esteem that's so fragile, that anyone can say something and they're destroyed to the core personally are draining & too needy for me. Suck it up and take it like an adult. THAT'S LIFE! Jeff was being Jeff. Pay attention ... Jenny true colors showed up ... finally.

He’s been going on about what she did to me, how she made me feel, me me me. Jeff never sees what he does or how he makes others feel or what he does to make situations worse and then he sits back and plays the wounded animal. Jenni does not speak ill of him and she’s not out there ruining his name or business but I’ve seen multiple tapes of him talking about it on the radio to the point if, okay girl let it go already, you’ve beaten this horse to death...a lot.

The show won’t be the same without the brother/sister relationship between Jeff and Jenni. If they want to continue, they need to find someone that will have that same relationship with Jeff.
And Lea Black was the catalyst. She has a very antiquated vision of the workplace. Yes, Jeff is the “rain maker” and everyone is there to support him and help him make money. However, in the modern workplace, you can’t treat employees with disrespect, make snarky comments, put their personal lives on blast to the entire office and expect them to be loyal and want to support you. It is not the 60’s.

Jenni had no real prospects in LA. Lets be real to get real roles in LA one has to look the part a) young b)slim c) and hot. Jenni is way past her prime, that being said Jenni made her choice to be stay with Bravo’s Flipping Out paycheck because it was steady income. We all know how Jeff treats people. Jenni took it for a long time because it was in her interest to do so. Jeff used that as license to mistreat Jenni. Jenni for sure needs to take responsibility but so does Jeff. The way Jeff humiliated her was horrible. No wonder Jeff is alone. Gage and Zoila don’t put up with Jeff’s ratchet behavior.

As Jeff Lewis has pointed out recently, Jenni wasn't his employee, she was Bravo's employee. Why wouldn't she speak to her employer about a castmate screaming, cursing, calling her a liar and trying to humiliate and degrade her? His very delivery of the dismissal was done with a glint in his eye. He was loving his power to humiliate her one more time. She probably won't ever have an acting career, but she likely will have other opportunities. On the other hand, it appears Bravo is distancing itself from Lewis. Good riddance.

You said you wanted to take your business to the next level and you need a talented team to surround you and help you develop your brand. Well you really should work on yourself first and rethink how you treat your employees. Even the most loyal and thick skinned people have a breaking point when it comes to being snarked at and belittled. That being said i'm really sad your show has ended , I really did enjoy it and I hope your next venture is a great success.

Well all things said and done I think a lot of people having now watched the final episode will see things a little differently. I was team Jeff before it aired all it did for me was confirm my suspicions of what and how things went down. Jenny's deluded you can wrap it up and make it sound all pretty if you want but instead of being ashamed of her position at Jeff Lewis design she should of been grateful for the position and the lifestyle it has afforded her, without it she'd of spent the last decade working minimum wage stop gap jobs while attending and being knocked back at all these auditions. Dreams don't pay the bills. Good luck for the future Jeff don't be a stranger update us with the final Valley Vista and don't let Gage go anywhere! 😘😘😘

Always enjoyed this show between the drama and the design. Bravo has a lot of shows that I’m not interested in, The housewives of any city .. Andy Cohen bores me when he concentrates more on them than real celebrity guests that I’d rather get to know. Reality T.V. Isn’t something that Interests me . I’m far too busy with the reality of what’s happening in the real world. There are thousands who lost their homes across the country due to fires , hurricanes, tornadoes and mass shootings.. That’s the reality. Jeff, I wish Flipping out wasn’t cancelled and most importantly that a long standing friendship has been destroyed. I’m saddened because losing a friend and that regret stays with you forever, I’ve been there 😢 ..

Truly one of my favorite shows. You know, all families go through times just like this.... Unfortunately, this one got televised. Jeff is who he is and Jenny is who she is. To cancel a show because of that is petty in my book. Life is short folks. Sit down, hug it out and get over yourselves. WE all want you on the air. If Jenny needs time away from it, so be it. Work it out off the show and don’t discuss it any longer
all over the public airways... Can you imagine if every sibling squabble led to this????????????? Talk to any mother and ask how many times have they had to listen and hope for the best. Jeff and Jenny are as close as any siblings can be. That is one of the reasons for the squabble.... Like I said. Get over it... Get things worked out as adults with children should be able to do and get on with the filming. Your show means the world to more of us than you will ever know... Here’s hoping...

This entire feud was a well orchestrated publicity stunt meant to help Flipping Out's struggling ratings and give a little boost to Jeff's new radio career. So of course Jeff is done talking about it; the season has ended. BTW, although the "feud" hasn't appeared to help the ratings, Jeff's SIRIUS ((XM)) radio show seems to have benefitted, and Flipping Out will return next year (WITH Jenni, but in a Godmother/friend role) ... so everyone is happy.

After she told him it’s humiliating to work for him and essentially he’s holding her back what the hell was he supposed to do?? Let her continue to basically hold him back by not giving 100% while secretly harboring Ill feelings toward him because “he’s holding her back” bullshit!! I LOVE Jeff I’ve been a fan since the first episode and I’ll miss their funny awesome friendships but it was time to part way business wise! J M Jeff isn’t abusive he’s abrasive and he also humbles himself to self reflect and apologize when he’s wrong! She drew first blood saying “it’s humiliatingly to work for him” that hurt him. He has as we’ve all seen (and I’m sure in more ways that we haven’t) supported her in every way! She “told” on him because he let her go, she stated herself she didn’t expect to be let go so if he had as she stated to the executives “victimized” and whatever else she said why would she even want to stay??? It was retaliation for him firing her, point blank! She obviously wanted to stay and continue to be “victimized” 🙄. He loves her enough to let her flap her actress wings and she should appreciate that!!! She also said she didn’t file a complaint so what exactly was her purpose for reporting him?? She isn’t a liar but she does lie when it suits her sometimes! Just like when she took that free vacation from that lady at the convention and said she just didn’t think to tell him, she out right lied back then too! She told everyone else about it but kept it from him cuz she KNEW he would not be pleased! They have been friends/fam for years so of course it’s normal for him to be pissed and shout out that his sis is full of shit and lying when he knows she is!!

She could have exited the show, the job, the friendship, the Godmother role etc etc if she thought he was abusive or she was being victimized ! In the last episode that meeting he had with her at the end was so eloquently spoken and with much love from him to her for her to jump on the ME TOO bandwagon is a crock of crap. Come on Jenni I thought you were a better person than to sink to that level of low. He is gay for chrisakes so it’s not gonna fly. You can never have a true friendship if you are not on an equal footing. When you have a employee/boss relationship you are not equal and therefore Jenni could never really speak freely without the underlying threat of being punished if she said something that he didn't like. However Jeff was in a position to say whatever he wanted and to be abusive and Jenni could not properly defend herself because of that dynamic. It is a recipe for disaster in a "friendship". Don't fool yourself in to thinking that you have a true friendship if you are not contemporaries. Trying to pretend that you are will only lead to heartbreak. It is the reason that Jeff and Lea are able to be real friends. They are both equal in the relationship. It is also the reason that Jeff is so shocked but Jenni has just moved on. t. She always knew that they were only friends to a point but he didn't understand that because if they had not had this boss/employee dynamic Jenni would have defended herself fully long ago. You really can not buy friends, but that is what Jeff was trying to do.

You may not like Jeff's delivery or approach at times or in this matter which I will say could've been handled better with an employee as well as with a FRIEND but she did force his hand. She said she wanted to be an actress and her devotion to Jeff halted her career & it was extremely hurtful that he has not appreciated that all while employees quit left & right not only to get rid of him but to truly pursue their true passions AFTER learning so much from Jeff. As a friend & employer he did the right thing and he let her go pursue her love 100%. She can't complain and he needs to staff his business with people who want to build a careers within his business not outside. This is his business 1st people! He had to let her go and she asked him too. Watch the footage again. It was clear. She is playing victim & was wrong for going to Bravo about their issues informally or formally.

T a person who feels like their employer is abusing their position is never wrong for going to management. If a complaint is made it is investigated, if Jeff did nothing then he’d have nothing to worry about but he knows what he did. He created a hostile atmosphere at work, Gage has even said to him on the show that the way he speaks to his employees would burn him some day. As a boss you can be jovial but Jeff crossed a line demeaning Jenni, mocking her acting on his radio show, he crossed a line. Anyone who watches the show should be shocked Jenni stayed as long as she did, that’s a friend and Jeff spit in her face for it

    • @misst227

@@Manx36 You are absolutely right. An employee should take issues of abuse or other up with upper management if the employer is abusive. If that employer is also your FRIEND you could speak to them about it as well because then what happens to the friendship or work relationship now that you've gotten upper management involved. Okay you get what you want but clearly the friendship changes there is no way around that and at the end of the day he is still the boss and he can still fire you or you can quit. That's the point. She could've quit anytime and told her friend don't speak to me that way your no longer my boss. She didn't! You can't have it both ways. You want it all professional or you want it all friendly. @Christian Alexander Okay I guess I'm not being clear or that is just simply being overlooked by someone's constant ways... Although I agree with some of what you've said about him What I'm saying is Jeff owns his own company as well as works for Bravo. He has 2 jobs. If you don't like the owner quit! If you can work it out then do that but at the end of the day the owner isn't going to bend for just anybody... maybe a FRIEND... so I would approach my friend/boss as a friend and discuss our issues. Most bosses aren't nice. Jeff just has more contact with his employees than most. I couldn't work for Jeff, but I could be friends with Jeff because I think he is a good friend. Honest, reliable helpful fun and yes a jerk but I think you can be a jerk back and you can tell him when he has crossed the line and he will truly try to work on things if he values the friendship. I like to know what Im getting myself into and with Jeff you know! I like that period. I believe that if Jenni cant handle Jeff then she will have a tough time becoming an actress. I agree with Jeff- his apology touched on everything he was feeling, what he did wrong and what he really feels about Jenni and their friendship. It was very sincere and he was honest. I didn't realize or hear what Jenni had said about how working for him was "humiliating" for her. And understanding it now I see why his emotions were so high and that it hurt him deeply. I think sadly this is an important split that will at least change him for the better in the future. When he's mad he's incredibly mean, and it just doesn't fit in the bigger picture and causes so much pain and regret. Jenni said it all- the look on her face said it all- 11 years of that behavior from Jeff when he's going for the jugular - at some point it's over. She went dead inside to it. Anyone would. Whatever was miscommunicated the whole conversation with cameras and Leah and Meghan and Tyler it was not the time or the place to be self righteous. Don't do that with your friends and loved ones. Just don't. Stop trying to be "RIGHT". It's self serving. Just try to get to the truth and be compassionate in the process. I hope they can come back from this someday-.

When oh when, is this going away??? Thank the Lord, you just said you won’t talk about this anymore after today. Let’s see if your multiple personality traits can actually follow through. Or as my daddy used to say,
“You might have let your mouth overload your ass”. We shall see. 11.21.2018.

I think Lea's 'tutoring' triggered both Jenni and the other person to think more deeply about what they really want in life. One quit after the speech. Jeff said that Jenni wasn't listening. But he didn't see her thinking and processing. That's why I believe she said what she did. Jeff took it as disconnected. He, of course, didn't handle it well immediately. But he knows that. He did handle the lunch well. I think their time has come. She can use this time to take her acting career to a new level. Who cares if she had an offer or an offer with a required screening first. It's irrelevant. She seems burnt out on this show and working with him. Just a shame their friendship had to end this way.

Bravo's probably really angry that Jeff let Jenni go. Jenni was an employee of Bravo, rather than Jeff Lewis Design. With Jeff publicly dismissing Jenni that has to have created a conflict with her contract to Bravo. What other choice will Bravo have but to terminate the show?

So many of you got it wrong. Jenni gave you all a HUGE 'tell' as to whose story is bullshit. When she and Jeff were at lunch, and he said that he thought about it, and decided that they should part (professional) ways, so that Jenni could give "100%" of herself to her acting career, Jenni's face dropped, like; "HUH?!?" She *said herself* that she was NOT expecting to be let go. She thought he invited her to lunch to work things out, and that she would RETURN to working for JLD. It was only *after* she realized that she was NOT going back, that she was oh-so-suddenly crying "abuse", etc. Maybe everyone else didn't 'see' you, Jenni, but I DID!

I can't remember the last episode cause it was so long ago, what happened to everyone ? I'm assuming Jeff will be growing old alone because he gets off on degrading everyone around him, and anyone with any self worth will eventually walk away from him. I pray for his child , and Jenni, will still be trying to become a actress ? The show was good up to a point, until Jeff had to be the center of attention and degrade his boyfriend and employees.
