I love how small Taylors Miata looks compared to most other cars he tandems with. Stoked to see him rip his new Vette at the FF with Donnie though!
I hope he doesn't gut the Miata. If he can't get the feel of the Vette it would nice to have old faithful there to rely on

Man Taylor Ray impresses the hell out of me. The guy is just completely taking care of all his own fab/upkeep/prep and he still crushes with that little miata.
His is by far one of my favourite channels, can't wait to see his new shop and the vette come together
A suggestion for the next PPV. Don't just cut the feed as soon as the race is done and do some post race recap with some driver interviews.
They are tired, give them a break.

Once T-Ray get's his Vette build dialed in he will most definitely take that thing into the FD and absolutely own. He was on fire Friday night even with not having the right tire setup and not being able to go into 4th... the man is a beast!

I love how at all of these big shows, cleetus let’s everybody else get their videos out first. This man can knock out daily vids while fixing his cars on every race week, he does it for the month of freedom and beyond, but after these he waits. Everybody talks about how rule of a person he is, this is what stands out to me, somebody that’s never met him. Everybody is waiting for his weekend review video, but he waits until late Tuesday, giving everybody else a chance to get theirs out first, for all of us to watch their videos to see it behind the scenes. That’s awesome.

Taylor did an excellent job. He had better proximity throughout the entire competition than anyone hands down. He absolutely earned that win! The commentary didn't reflect that unfortunately. Spencer and Jarod kinda clash a bit too. Constructive criticism. Love you all!
Jarod was a little "looser" than he usually is, and is pretty loose normally. Loves to interrupt others by repeating the same thing over and over.
they just constantly make up stupid banter to try and fill every waking second with "energy" and it sounds stupid as shit and makes it annoying. Even cleetus was getting annoyed and cut off

he's a great dude, he planned and competed in two huge events in one weekend, the danger ranger 9000 was the only one i was able to go to and it was awesome and very well done, the entire time they managed to keep the crowd high energy and excited as well as somehow preventing slow foot traffic, he competed in drift night, the spectator drags and the danger ranger 9000 and still helped staff out during the entire event, after the event was over and all the food stands and the merch stand was closed, he was still there taking pictures with people, talking with them, signing things atleast a hour and half or two after the event was over and the crowd was mainly gone, he could have just told us he was to tired or they were closed but he didn't, i was at about the end of the line and by the time i got to the front i could tell he was really worn out, but he was the nicest most genuine guy you could imagine even though he was so tired, he was still talking to fans like they were friends who met each other at lunch
staff and crowd were very respectful and helpful, it was a great time
The stream was top notch both nights. Soo much better than the previous events. Great job guys.

I think you should get some old tires placed around those light post bases in the middle of the track for safety reasons. You never know what can smash into them and how severe things can get. Cheers Cleet!

This. Sucker gets overheated bouncing off the limiter for minutes on end and just keeps on taking it. They messed up the first engine after boiling it over multiple times and doing some really stupid stuff to it but I believe this is still the stock bottom end, just had the heads and cams redone.

Man what an awesome weekend for good car content. Cleetus PPV’s are so worth the money, hopefully I can be there in person one day instead of on a screen. Still feel bad for Derek aka Vice Grip Garage getting flipped a couple laps into the Danger Ranger 9000. Luckily he was ok and was able to return but his plans were to return his Ranger back to the street keeping it a street truck. Unfortunately that’s out of the cards now.
I keep seeing people saying this about VGG, did people really not think in a field of nearly 40 trucks that it was going to stay nice at all. Kind of silly if you ask me.
@@pinnacle7100 Funniest part is people act like it was all #22's fault when it wasn't. It was equal. VGG truck was already going over way before the second contact with #22. But people would rather run their mouths than acknowledge what is plainly obvious to see in the slow-motion.

Then he did have contact with a couple other trucks but were not watching professionals here and it's racing. Vgg flipping over on the 3rd lap made it such a exciting start to the race as shitty as it was it made for amazing ppv!
There was actuall a driver in his daily there that kept it clean. He wasn't a contender at all though.

Taylor had glowing reviews for the FF Drift Competition, and I can see why... Looks like a good dose of pure entertainment!
The live stream over here in the UK was brilliant both nights, ChrisP keeps getting better and better cameras and production, I am sure that the you must have a really good internet connection there now to support it.
I think that is why they push so hard to buy the early PPV tickets. So they can get an idea of load and provision server's and bandwidth to ensure a good stream.
I don't care how bad a day I've had or how lousy or down I'm feeling one episode of Cleetus and I'm smiling again every time!!! HELL YAH BROTHER!!!
The Danger Ranger 9000 was incredible. Absolutely worth the PPV price. I just wish there was no Spicy Spence. He's such a distraction. There's got to be someone else that could do it better than him. Please. Please. Please.

120 bucks for tickets, 20 bucks for bleacher cushions, 100 bucks in swag, 60 bucks in food and drink....and I wouldn't have it any other way! My thanks for all of the content over the years brother, I couldn't wait to visit. The drift event was so cool, was cheering on Taylor the entire time. The track was a bit of a mess though, nobody resetting cones, sooo you're going to have to drop a line so I can come help work the next event ;-)

That is throttle control, not the limiter. You don`t bounce those off the limiter that long and keep the chains on it.

I watched the live feed and I was SUPER IMPRESSED 👌 production quality was soo good it almost looked edited! Mr Deanda really made it and spency spice and sir savage with special appearances from others brought it all together, seriously I could have sworn I was watching full production TV, from the first freedom 500 with skeleton staff due to lockdown to this is just a black and white difference! That subtle track lighting helps too 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👊

I made it out to the danger ranger 9000 and can certainly say that cleetus and his team can put on one hell of a show. I had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend making it out to one of his events.

It's a shame that so few of the drivers could actually drift the track the way it was intended. After one round of practice, it was clear Taylor was going home with a big check.
Drifting is hard. Lol I just think it's cool that he's holding the event at all. Certainly in the future he will get better and better drivers. I hope one day his track is on the FD schedule.

Nothing feels better than almost hitting a curb and saving it though.

Still think they need to have fire suits and full face helmets on. The RPM they are turning and how fast those can catch fire, it should be mandatory for drift nights, spectator drags, and the races.
You would lose a ton of participants if you made that a rule for the casual races. It isn't a bad idea though.

He hasn't been used enough to have any reliability issues break through IMO. Yeah he's set up right for heat exchange with the WoT burnouts but motor/tranny wise he hasn't been used nearly as much as their other cars.
