Without impeding on our normal drag racing content, I'm going to spend some more off time drifting and honing in my skills. I've always done it purely for fun, but I'm tired of losing 2nd round at every drift event we attend.

Having a good crew helping out makes things run smooth, though I'd say hosting the event and not so much running the event, but I get what you mean, he does put everything into making all the events at the FF great no matter if he's running it or hosting it.

Also if you didn't notice he cleaned up twice, the first time (7:57) was *inbetween* his driving after some car contact between other competitors and the 2nd time was after he was knocked out.

The main reason why I love this channel is because Cleet uses his cars for anything. Drag drift anything that has a car involved. Ultimately we are all here because we LOVE CARS!!
I think so too.. I like this channel because he does stuff with his cars instead of just fixing just to fix or collecting but not using them like other channels
Not to mention the jet boats those are some of my favorite vids, the hovercraft vids, and the tank vids. This guy will send anything and everything he deems cool! And I approve of it all!

LZ in kill mode was impressive.
Cleeter has always been one of the most genuine and righteous dudes, but the fact that he was sitting around editing while handling everything else he’s into - and thought about the fact that whoever might have ordered after the first announcement video was released, might have felt like they lost out on their chance for winning a Turbo spinny boi, just says so much about his character & how considerate and rad he actually is. The level of transparency is beyond commendable 🤙

Adam I was the same till about a year ago. Took the time to really understand what was going on, went to Atlanta FD last year. Yes the delays can get to be a little much. at the end of the day I'm a competitive person and a car nut. It will grow on ya if you let it.
Yea, drifting and truck pulls don't do it for me. But if folks love it, more power to 'em. Not complaining.
Don’t knock it as an event til you go to one. Only place you’ll see these fully built engines in an open atmosphere, and the sights and sounds are usually set up better for spectators compared to drag racing. Drivers have more open time in between passes, so your chances of having a full conversation with a driver about their build or whatever is a lot higher than any other event.
I originally thought drifting was kind of silly, but after watching numerous videos on your channel I now respect how challenging and cool it really is. Freaking awesome event.
Adam's E36 is so freaking fast! He is running the biggest tires ever seen in human history, but it's working.
I think cleet learned all his drifting skills by driving a hovercraft all over town

Being at Klutch Kickers this weekend was sick! My gf ain't a car girl in the slightest and loved walking through the pits with me and petting Chelsea's dog while watching the first round of battles haha.
Sounds like she has 'car girl' potential ... Take her to a Top Fuel Drag Racing event, chic's love it. Maybe it's the way the bleachers vibrate every pass. ;)

When you’re testing layouts, try putting a chicane at the start of the lead drivers lap. The follow cars all had trouble catching back up because the lead car just took off
I dont think KK has ever done this before. Thats mostly a FD thing. But I find it upsetting that KK is letting FD D1 cars into their events. I see it quickly becoming a non grass roots competition.
Every drift track starts like this. Its up to the following driver to not fall behind. Some places the run into the first corner is so long the guys start their slide into the corner at 120mph with the car skewed backwards.
Since the layout changes every event. look on the KK website. as far as prolevel cars being allowed in. How do you get better if your not pushing yourself along side of excellent drivers. Only one current pro car finished in the top 5. Adams car is his, not a funhaver car. he actually addressed that in his video. if you watched last year, many beginner drivers placed or won rounds.

It's great to see how the Freedom Factory has risen from the ashes of the old Desoto Raceway. As much as I am sure those that raced there before it closed would like to see that racing coming back you have to go with what today's spectators want to see. I also think your video coverage out at the FF has grown and gotten quite a bit better. The real class act I remember was you running the first Freedom 500 race hours before Florida had to lock down. It's only gotten better since. Best of luck running the Freedom Factory into the future, and also all the other content you've put out on both RUclips channels. I like the new shop and how you've set it up. For some reason I keep thinking a cool thing to see would be the Ripsaw towing a boat trailer for some new kind of boating event this month.

Holy shit that flame that shot out of the exhaust at 5:55 was insane! One of the biggest fireballs I seen in a drift car! I was scared there for a min cause it ignited again on the oval part of track but thankfully went back out. Those fumes are no joke!

The live stream was amazing, you guys killed it. I'm so glad you guys went with your own team, way better than the contract company you had originally doing them. I watched more drifting this weekend than in my life, commentary was good, videography was amazing. Keep killing it Cleet!

Was watching online from the UK, and I'm not that much into drifting but watched it all day (our afternoon/evening) on Sunday, got to understand the rules and had a lot of fun. The stream would freeze after an hour or so, but no big deal, refresh and was fine again. Final was great, but best round for me was Taylor Ray against Chelsea - that was quality drifting, so close between them!
Hope Donnie wasnt to badly damaged, and that you can keep working on it, improve it, you did so well on both rounds, just a couple of tiny mistakes - but when level is so high you have to push it. Well done!! Will be buying PPV for next rounds for sure.
The freezing you where experiencing was your web browser timing out. I changed mine in Google Chrome to stop it from doing that. That's why it worked fine after you refreshed.
It was a bummer that the randomized qualifying put Taylor Ray vs. Chelsea. They normally wouldn't be meeting until round of 16. Was going to be a tough break for one of them.

It’s not even the videos that I love anymore (which will always be the best) but the fact that garret has managed to save this racetrack and give at new life so that it can be around for even more generations just makes me tickled, deserves its own documentary or docu series (besides the one on RUclips from the channel)

@@FrankUAW862 ye but hes overusing the handbrake so much, he should send it faster and use left foot braking instead. And ye 2 hands on the wheel is the first thing he needs to do but U only need the handbrake to initiate, rest is throttle control and using the cars momentum

I don’t expect everyone will agree with me, but I’d have to say drifting content is definitely my least favourite part of this channel, I drift, and it’s one of the funnest Motorsports to compete in, but I’ve never enjoyed watching it. I don’t mind the drifting, it’s a cool sport that requires good car control. I could do without so much burnout stuff because that’s just boring, 99% of the time you can’t even see what’s happening due to the smoke clouds,
The odd burnout is fun but yeah, I still don't get the competition side of burnouts.
I dont even bother watching them anymore unless something blows up. Boring and cant see anything anyway.
Drifting is like a dance. Lots of practice and skill. Very engaging to watch. But yeah, burnouts are just smokey messes. I pretty much skip those.

@@kylegilmore3810 it’s because drag racing is logical. Fast time wins or fastest time to your bracket wins. Drifting is like ice skating. It’s subjective. People can wrap their minds around the outcome of drag racing easier. Just like F1, MotoGP, or NASCAR, a concrete “number” defines who was the best that race.
Man, i'd love to see Cleet and the crew build a high level drift car with a Viper.

IMO Donnie isn’t enough for this level of comp. Once I saw the cars entered in KK I just did not expect Cleetus to do well just cuz if the cars. I think he needs to fully build Rocket out for comps and leave Donnie as is. The S chassis platform is perfect to build out
Id agree but chelsea was in that eco foxbody and was dooring the FD cars. Not saying a better car wouldnt help but I think skill is just as if not more important
