Great video man. I was looking for a budget mic that would still be better than my headset one, and i was just about to buy solocast. But luckily your video convinced me that duocast is superior thanks to that shock mount (and i found one 25% off, so it wasn't much more expensive than solocast).

Hi i just bought the solocast but i couldn't bear the tapping noise,and i really need the voice monitoring because i use it for singing so do you think that the duocast is a pretty good budget microphone for the two above reasons(a good suppression effect on tapping and the voice monitoring feature )
Can anyone help me to understand 1. what version of the Ngenuity should I install? 2.Why is my mic not recognised by the application? (I tried both the Ngenuity and the Ngenuity beta) Please this is driving me insane. I just wanna be able to modify the noise canceling and RGB settings ...
How is your so loud from that distance? if I use mine from like 20cm away I can barely hear myself talk with 50% gain but it picks up other noises pretty well

@@aaronmagdaleno2250 They sound virtually identical, and I'm certain they use the exact same capsule.

Yeah the DuoCast is really good for pretty much all the reasons you just said. It stops shocks and bump sounds better than any mic I've used.

Bit old message but have you fixed it? Maybe its a driver problem.
I got Quadcast S for less than 100$ with same features + rgb
Nice find! When I got my QuadCast S it was still $160.
