I also faced same issue in my iphone 13 pro, entire display turned green and couldn't do anything in the phone. Like you mentioned went to the apple service center first. Got the job sheet from them, stating no physical damage as well as no water related damage. They asked me to pay around 400$ for the display change. Then i spoke with the apple support team with that job sheet and they are ok to change the display at free of cost. Thanks for the guidance.

hi sis, as I suggested in this video, you can get it checked once at apple service center. diagnosis may be charge but get bill copy for everything. it is important that you collect the job sheet confirming that your device is not having any physical damage or internal damage. after that, you have to talk to apple support toll free (000 800 100 9009). it may take 2 or 3 weeks time, but you have to explain your points like the service center confirms that there is no damage and you need free display replacement as the same problem experienced by few other users. Apple support person can approve such free service, and you can get the display changed. As a last option if nothing helped, dont pay 32K. you should take apple india legally to consumer court to get this addressed. We can legally take apple india to consumer court to get the job done with compensation bro. this is not just happening for apple, for any brands if we as a consumer affected with such defective unit, we should be able to approach their service options first. when we havent done any damage, with the proof we got from service center should file a legal complaint. thats the correct way.

hi robin iam facing same issue with my iphone 13 pro max before updating the ios 16.4 i have taken the video clip of my phone display which is working fine after the update the screen turned into green that video clip also taken ,after few days the screen came back to normal that video clip of the screen also taken for the proof then again its gone to green display, i have attached all the video clip of the screen and submitted to the apple support and my case was handled by senior person but they are not very helpful after submitted with all the proof, still asking me to pay for the service, i have visited the service center they are not very helpful suggesting me to pay 36k for the display and the service center just by seeing the phone and saying its the hardware problem u need to change the display , @iRobinpro help me with this problem
I feel, apple so careless regarding customer. 🥹
