But I saw some reviews that say the JAT tire DLC makes the game too easy by giving trucks that don't have good mud tires superpowered tires. Yeah, true, it might be a good idea to test how much a difference those tires would make.
Just found your channel a few hours ago, and I gotta say I love this content. Thanks for posting these. I'm getting back into Snowrunner since 2020, I'm glad to see the community is still giving this game some love.
Thanks! Glad you like it. If you're starting a new playthrough, check out my New Game+ rules video to get some ideas on getting a good balance between fun and challenge.
Seen a few of your videos. Think you might be my fav snowrunner video maker. Chill to listen to while i play. I only play like a hour every other day. Ill probably never finish at this rate haha
Thanks! Very encouraging to hear. True, when you try to enjoy every second, it seems like you're never going to finish the game ... but that's okay, because as long as you keep moving, keep completing assignments, keep scouting, keep playing, you'll eventually make progress that you can see. Anyway, happy offroading!
Excellent review video! I think you're really on to something with your channel and if you keep it up the big SnowRunner review RUclipsrs will have to move over to let you pass. Great work 👍
Yeah, that would have been nice. But you do have to keep in mind, in all of these games, there are always licensing issues when the developers use brand names. So, that's why they started with old trucks, so that they would have less to pay. Pretty much all of the brand new ones are part of DLCs, in part because they have to pay those brands for permission to use them in the game.
this is one of the trucks i would make a point of picking up early. i liked to knock out as many towers and bridges as possible on as many maps as possible and then build xp through discovery. it didnt matter to me if i had to winch my way through a bunch of mud on highway tyres - the payoff (trucks like this) would be well and truly worth the effort.

Oh since you look into the real trucks. Here is a cool tip. In the movie final destination 2, the highway scene i believe the log truck is one of the p12 trucks. I could be wrong because im not good at identifying trucks. Let me know haha.
Lol! I didn't know that! The final destination series was always funny to me, with a big touch of disturbing. Sure, I think I'll check it out and see if it was in fact a P12.
Yeah, SnowRunner did that to many trucks, probably for gameplay balance reasons. In any case, still a good truck early in your playthrough, and you get it for free.
If you get the JAT tire DLC it's another fun way to experiment with this truck. Also the loud horn is the best.🔊

As much as I love the Kenworth 963, this truck has a special place in my heart. Its less equipped but just as capable in most situations

Thanks! Me too.

Thanks! Will do!
I agree!
Fun truck. I wish they would put some other Canadian trucks in the game like Hayes.

ill check it out for sure but i think im a bit too autistic to mess around with the way the game wants you to play it.
unless its just for shits and giggles...

it was nerfed early on in the game
