@@Dekibtw4k is wrong for cpu test ، for cpu test he most test at 1080p and with performance upscale to bottleneck Gpu ، now the stronger cpu can push the gpu to their limite and create more frame ، gpu will create frames not cpu
I don't think they would be getting anywhere near 90-100 FPS for a game like GoW if the CPU was processing frames. My guess is that the lower CPU cache is the bottleneck. I disagree that 1080p tests are better than 4k tests in the year 2024. 1080p is starting to become old fashioned now. I think for the sake of completeness, they should at the very least test at 1080p and 4k so that gamers can make a more informed decision based on their use-case. I only ever looked at 1080p benchmarks to try to maximize framerate on CSGO, which I would run at a ridiculously lower res, but I have since upgraded to 5120x1440p and have since maintained my top 1% ranking in multiple competitive shooters, plus it provides a vastly superior productivity experience for both programming and browsing. I looked at some other game benchmark videos using the same specs at 1080p, 1440p, and 4k, AMD consistently either beat Intel by a significant margin or were within less than +/- a few FPS in all game tests. I am not really understanding what other use-case you could want for the CPU other than gaming experience, faster encryption, or faster compilation times, or some other task that GPUs are already immensely superior at performing.
13700k must be finely tuned, windows / bios adjusted after all done, it gives nearly 40% more fps in games/ and almost 60% better 0.01 lows and i do agree at 1080p it amd has way more max fps. but isn't stable as on intel. For FPS games intel still rocks
What are some of the things you recommend tuning to get more performance out of an intel CPU? im looking to squeeze out more FPS if possible :) thanks!

The only downside I see in this as far as the ryzen 7800 is the frame time graph is a lot smoother on the 13700k and I have two systems both have 4080's and one is 7600 cpu and the other is 3700k and from my experience I much prefer the Intel cpu over the Ryzen because it seems to stutter a lot more especially in COD warzone. that is 4k bro so what happen if it is 2k or full hd, the cpu must load higher, the difference will be even greater and before intel launched e core and p core, their cpu was no different from amd, since when did intel assign general purpose so why can't amd do it?

the Gpu usage is 100% ، does your Cpu create frame ? this test is wrong
why?

both tests are also hitting near 100% gpu usage with drastically different framerates. i think this may be biased.
