- Samson Q9U is both USB-C and XLR professional microphone. It would be perfect for the podcast, streaming, gaming, and RUclips. It is simple to run, but also capable of doing professional mix via XLR connection. Both mid and bass can be controlled to change the sound signature.

Thank you for the review, JK. Q9U sounds excellent & I'll keep my eye on it (IF it goes on sale again on Amazon).
Yeah!
Thank you for the very informative review. Q9U sounds great!
Awesome!
Good stuff I just bought the q9u I appreciate you for this
No problem!
I'm definitely taking the blue yeti back TODAY🤣😭! This mic sounds great. Great video
Thank you :)
Amazing amazing amazing your are just brilliant this helped me so much
Awesome!
I love the video, thank you.
Have you tried it on the iPhone? Im planning to make videos using iPhone 14, but im not sure if I can link it to the mic!
No, I have not attempted it. 🤔
Cheers Pal 👊🏿
:)
Not sure if it's just my DAW (Logic Pro X), but it's really quiet for me. Whenever I bring up the gain on Logic I hear myself but it picks up white noise and not sure how to fix it. Even when I record it sounds a little garbled, whether the mic cover is on or not. I usually have this mic running on 48-96 kHz and 24-bit. I'm using the USB-C to regular USB into my MacBook. I don't doubt it's a great microphone but I'm not sure why I'm having this issue
I'm not sure how Mac driver for this mic works, but I did have to bring up the gains on the mic (controlled via OS).
I'm having the same issue, did you find a solution?
Same issue
what floor stand do you use
Do you mean the boom arm? It's the one from Samson.
Will it work in MacBook just by connecting through usb c to usb c
I think it would work.
Which audio recording software did you use?
OBS!
No.1☝️
I'm 2!
Can we connect q9u directly with phone?
I belive I was able to at one point. But it may depend on your phone.
After 2 months, What are your thought on q9u?
I use it all the time! You can see me using it on my live streams.
@@JosephKim Thank you; by the way, have you made any changes? (maybe the equalizer?). The sound in the later video is noticeably better.
@@kritsaphongphuthibpaphaisi1509 are you asking about the later in this video? Or my recent videos? I normally use Rode Video Micro for normal videos, but I use Q9U for streaming. I don't apply any EQ other than just gain change as that is completely beyond me.
@@JosephKim Hello, I mean the video Let's talk Tuesday EP6-7. This was Q9U right? I notice an improvement in the overall sound quality. Also, the lower frequency band was warmer. But I'm no audio expert, so I could be wrong. Anyway, I really like the sound quality in the Let's Talk Tuesday episode. It's fantastic.
I'm glad you like it! Yes. It is Q9U. No EQ. Just taiking close to the mic :)
Hey ! How did you connect it to the camera?
Synced afterwards :)
FOr me ... Rode is better!
Sure!
