I have been a lapsed catholic for many years. I fell asleep in my chair after too many drinks. I woke and this was playing. What a blessing. Ordered the image, prayer cards, and the diary. This was truly a God thing. Thank you Lord.

Hopefully you will move beyond these initial movements towards God. Hopefully you will be a lapsed no more. One of the greatest tools we have as Catholics is the rosary. God draws us through many ways. But Prayer, The Sacraments of Confession and the Eucharist, reading the Bible, Weekly and or Daily Mass attendence, and again the daily Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy are all good first steps towards getting right with God. And then there is Saint Padre Pio and Saint Benedict.

As Fulton Sheen taught, not but 100 souls in the world would reject Catholicism if they learned the Truths of the faith. Fr Chris, thank you for the inspiring talk. I only just came to know of The Divine Mercy. My husband & I pray the Chaplet everyday at 3pm now. Please help us to pray for peace in my family esp. for my 2 warring sons that they come to peace & to return to our Catholic faith which they all had been baptised.
Father cris, I used to have a Sacred Heart image in my wallet all the time. This image saved me from drowning when I jump off from a ferry boat...I had broken femur but was alive and helped 3 ladies to the rescue ship. When the nurse removed all my things from my bag to dry she noticed that only The Image of Sacred Heart was not wet though it was made of thick paper.
That's why everytime somebody ask me about the accident, I always emphasize the Sacred Hearts Love for me.

Divine mercy is my devotional as well as the holy souls in purgatory chaplet. I carry a picture of the Divine mercy everywhere and give cards to family and friends. Thank you for this talk .❤️🙏
Such a great thing to do I ordered some from the gift shop and enclosed them in my Christmas cards instead of a “Christmas letter” because Divine Mercy devotion is what I’ve been up to this year. Then I brought everything to church and my parish priest blessed everything.

I was born raised in Apostolic church but always interested in Catholic faith I always attended masses in Catholic churches, loved rosaries, when I was hearing you to my surprise I turned around I saw I had the statue of this picture and I have placed St, Faustin picture next to the statue and then ai looked up ai saw I have hanged this picture of Jesus on the wall, without knowing Jesus appeared to her, she originated the picture after Jesus told her so, I was amazed, must be Holy Spirit guided me, may God bless you thank you for informing the real story about her and the picture

I purchased a glossy Divine Mercy picture of Jesus with Faustina holding The Diary of the messages she was asked by Jesus to write.. In my ❤ I thought I want to find a suitable frame & hang this in my house & quietly I prayed ... Jesus I Trust in you...St Faustina intercede for me as it will be difficult for me to find a frame.
I was amazed when I opened one of the recycle bins at the Complex where I live & the perfect frame in size & colour was there on the top...An answer to my prayer.
Jesus I Trust in You...Divine Mercy Sunday is the Sunday after Easter. I believe you will be Blessed if you take the Messages of Divine Mercy serious.

Divine chaplet has given me so many graces and miracles. I was in the ICU because of an abnormal heart rythm that wouldn’t stop. My heart was going 250 beats per minute. The doctors stopped my heart 2 times but that did not stop it from racing or stop the abnormal rythm. The doctors did not know what to do and were panicking. As I looked at the clock it was 3pm and I asked my parents to start praying the divine chaplet. Once they started saying the words “for the sake of his sorrowful passion” immediately my heart rythm went back to normal. My parents, doctors, nurses and wife witnessed the power of the chaplet. Praise be to the Lord Jesus Christ The King. Also, I will be getting surgey soon and know that God will heal me through the doctors if it is according to his will. Pray for me and trust in Jesus ! ✝️🔥

Fr. Chris I actually think that this talk was one of your best ones ever. As I listened to it there was only one thing that kept running through my mind and that is there should be a detailed explanation about the history of the Divine Mercy image written in the form of a book. With the fact that Fr. Seraphim has passed away but Fr. Kaz is still alive it would make absolute sense for you and Fr. Kaz to collaborate on writing the history of this image because it could be written in more detail.

there is a divine mercy shrine in Clinton Township Michigan which our Lord saved my soul through that heavenly shrine, no other church, devotion, anything has touched my heart and moved my soul like the divine mercy. I wish you could come visit there and give one of your talks there someday.
🙏🏻 Praying for my complete healing (Lord, I lift up my anxieties, panic attacks, and moments of anger/sadness) and for the healing of Glenn Jr from his diagnosis from being on the autism spectrum (may he be blessed with the gift of speech and understanding). May our children use their gifts to serve you and bring others closer to Christ. Protect my marriage, my children, my parents, my siblings, and their family. Wonderful talk! This reminded me of my journal back to the Catholic faith. Though I never left the church, I was lukewarm and disillusioned. I feel that the Image of Divine Mercy provided me the grace to be where I am. About a year ago, I felt compelled to get back with my faith especially with all the strife in the world; one morning I woke up, realized it was the Feast of the Miraculous Medal and said to myself- I need to get a new Miraculous Medal. I drove to the nearest Catholic gift shop 45 minutes away. While I was there, the clerk handed me the image of Divine Mercy and told me that she had a few prayer cards of the Image of Divine Mercy that were blessed by a priest and gave me the last one. Within two weeks, I found myself going back to confession for the first time in ten years and praying the rosary daily in addition to attending mass at least weekly. I stumbled upon these talks while researching Plenary Indulgences and became a consistent view of the masses and talks leading to me now being a Marian Helper. I keep the prayer card with me as a reminds of God's mercy and grace that is always working in our lives.

Beautiful and interesting talk Fr. Chris! Amazing stories! One of my first memories of the image of Divine Mercy (Hyla image) is the picture my father had in his hospital room before his eyes. It accompanied him for 1,5 year before he died and I believe the image and the chaplet helped him in suffering and passing away..

I start praying the Divine Mercy during the time was in deep depression. he was in and out struggling. until one morning I was awaken of his complaining he fell of the bed and can not stand up.I knew he has stroked , that make him more depressed I never stop praying Divine Mercy and Rosary. then another one he was diagnosed of acute Fibrosis and the doctor said he will be lucky if he can passed that. I pray day and night begging Him to give my husband the courage and strength to make it through . he lived almost 4 years.he was ready then and but not me but I knew he was with us. so I just saw this show of yours here in youtube . Father Chris I want to start off by saying thank you for these informative videos because these videos I was made aware of the significance of this image and the story of Saint Faustina. I wanted to have one for self A lot of all places I was at a thrift store and there it was in a beautiful large frame in perfect condition bought it for $20 I believe Lord brought me to it amen!

All those years Ias a pre school teacher we told the children and their families that it wasn't the child that was bad ,but the act that was bad......so this on p299 of the diary and the understanding of it now makes sense to me where this originated. Obviously not as pure and we can't teach Divine Mercy in the secular world, but yet we do for it stems from Divine Mercy of God the Father!

I just had a debate with someone about the Divine Mercy devotion. It is so troubling to see people reject the Graces available in this devotion.
It’s frustrating, but just keep loving them and praying for them. Just a little while ago I was out shopping and twice the same woman cut in front of me, so I took a lesson from Father Chris, and said a prayer for her. Help them to know our faith more and more. God bless you.
