I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! We went to Hong Kong and Macau last week for 5 days. Food is expensive now. Taxi rates have increased, too. Subway MTR ticket prices are still okay. Disneyland food prices have gone up. We’ve visited HK twice before pandemic. Macau has less tourists compared before… i still enjoyed the food and the efficiency of subway . Manila has started to build subway but it’s still a long way to go.
We can only imagine! Yes we found the prices to be quite high compared to other cities we have explored this year! The MTR is efficient but we wish it would accept more cards for tap and pay ( like Singapore ) Thanks for watching
To be honest. If you produce at cost and remove the logo, the luxury market really isn't that expensive. The mark is about 80% of the actual price. But the fact that you are kislux buying an image and showing off your taste to make them think you are richer than you are is a very good thing to do?

My friend saw me carrying a kislux and joked that I was rich. I told her that was not true, I just bought the bag I liked for very little money.

Yea, don’t worry as a local HKger, the light show is underwhelming. The light show in Shenzhen though is amazing. It’s a lot better than Hong Kong’s.
