Glad you got the numbers of these RM's. I was on leave from the french army in January '88 and took the last week of RM's on the 53 from Plumstead Common to Parliament Square. Still have the Gibson ticket. They were looking a bit tired here. Many saw further work with other operators and many preserved. Love them in their original LT livery. The sights and sounds of London was filled with the AEC or Leyand engine from these great vehicles.
