- Episode 15 and the FINAL video in my solo backpacking the Philippines series. My trip ended in Coron. We hiked Mt Tapyas, then rented a private boat for the day visiting Kayangan Lake, Twin Lagoon and CYC beach. Went to the Maquinit Hot Spring in the evening AND had an epic day of scuba diving at Barracuda Lake and 2 ship wrecks.

I was in se Asia for 6 months it was the best time of my life and after Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, Laos and Malaysia I was just about to head to the Philippines I got an infected spider bite and had to have emergency surgery in KL and then fly home :( I was all set to go straight back out soon as I recovered but life in England caught me and I still haven’t gone back! However watching your vlogs have inspired me again and am now motivated to get back out there ! I have watched your vlogs for years and they helped me before I went too, so glad I have these to watch so I get my bum back out there! Thank you bananas xx

That highlight reel was the coolest thing ever! I honestly loved every bit of it! I just got my open water dive cert in February and definitely keen to experience some AMAZING cool stuff like this. All the episodes with dive related things were my favourites!

Wow!!! This was an amazing series, so difficult to choose a favourite, but I think a couple of favourite would have to be your Camiguin vlog and your unknown expedition! Not sure why, but I started getting emotional at the end of this video, that edit summed the trip up perfectly! Yeah! I felt the same withmy last destination (Panglao, Bohol) on my recent backpacking (Moalboal-Dumaguete-Siquijor-Bohol) You were my inspiration why I decided to try the solo backpacking in my own country. Though I did not vlog about it, which I am regretting now to be quite honest. I did even stayed at the hostel in Moalboal where you’ve stayed. Moalboal Backpacker’s Lodge if I’m not mistaken. That was just last week. I loved it. I gave them a good positive feedback. It has been an awesome and life changing experience. Thank you for the inspiration. ❤️❤️❤️

Such a good series of vlogs! Your whole Philippines trip was pretty much the exact same as mine, except I did my trip in November 2018. Manila, Port Barton, El Nido and Coron. Nacpan Beach was my all time favourite beach. I loved the footage from this video because everything in it was stuff I did but we lost our video footage so it’s so nice to see it back! I’ve also been living in Perth for the past 8 months so the fact that we have done such a similar route is crazy!
The compilation at the end is an excellent touch, will miss this series in the Philippines, fell in love watching them with both the country and the cameragirl

I just binged the last few that I was behind on so I could watch the finale! I have absolutely loved watching this trip! It's been half a year since I went on my last solo trip and my next one is still a couple months away so living vicariously through you with this one has been essential!! ❤️
