Display Wrecker And A Subaru In A Ditch

- We got asked to move a really cool old tow truck from a friend's house down to the new BBQ place in town, Hells BBQ. It's going to be a display piece out in front of the new business. Then later that day we had to run up by Dead Horse Point to get a car that had gotten stuck in a ditch with the random snow storm that literally came out of nowhere. We got them out and back up to pavement with a little winching and shovel work. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

That wrecker came from a wrecking yard 8 miles from my house, Jack Welsh (Easy Jack) was very well liked in the area. and was a great source of antique cars & parts
Can't believe it ended up there
Some rusty gold out there in recking yard that is for sure!
So much for the back bumper on that Subaru
You guys are so fun to watch and listen to, except for those disheartening words: "It's not for sale". Otherwise, I thank you all for bringing happiness and laughter with your videos. May God continue to bless all of you and your fans. Much love and respect to you. Thank you again.
I wonder if those cars are for sale??? 😀
@@markmcleod5079 I second that quote. 😂
I liked the not so subtle dig at Matt's allergy to putting gas in his vehicles, despite how much time he spends buying gas station food. No idea why some people hate filling up. My dad was like that and I have fond childhood memories of various family trips where we literally coasted into a gas station or ran out on the side of a highway in the middle of nowhere, tens of miles from anything. Even after I grew up, I remember having to take him gas just a few miles from his home.
When out west in CO and WY, I am anal about stopping to top off the tank, even if it is for only five gallons. When I was growing up, my dad ignored the gas gauge also and I remember driving into the Blue Ridge Mountains area and the tank showed a quarter full while driving past gas stations.
not filling up as the same game as not locking the front hubs. just looking how far we can go ;)
It's a gamble! No greater thrill than throwing the dice. It doesn't matter if you win or lose
Now he started a new allergy. He has an allergic reaction in his wrist, that's why he doesn't like to get out to lock his hubs until he gets in a mess and tells the passengers to do it. Haha🎉 I guess that's what success does to certain people. 😅
Should you three really be out in public without Adult Supervision ?😂
Does your daddy know your out here kids ???
I'm voting no 😅😅
😆😅😂😁😆🙂😄😁
Adult supervision..we don't need no stinking adult supervision...besides that'd be a buzzkill
No doubt! 🤣
Larry, Moe, and Curly, Driving around in a tow truck...... What could go wrong ?
Shawn’s laugh is infectious! Listening to everyone laughing in the cab is hilarious!
Even though I don't know why Shawn laughed, I laughed. A real spiritual positive spirit =). Just a BIG thank you guys for always being yourself.
You fellows are living charmed lives. I spent almost 40 years working with people I could not stand the sight of.
Great job guiding Dave Sparks out of the Devils Hot Tub. Great advice from a pro saved to day.
Wish someone could have guided Whislin before he destroyed that beautiful GWagon. Lol
That old wrecker is mint! Should be saved! Not a sign! Y’all’s laughs are hilarious in this one 😂
I really didn't think Rory's hat said Rusty Fork.. 😅🤘🏼🇺🇲
It's just crazy that out here on the East Coast, any one of those cars would be like finding the Holy Grail. And in Utah there are just fields full of them...
Looked for a 41 -46 delivery for years. Bought a 39 pick up eventually.
Life is always better when you can have fun and laugh while doing a job, lol. Thank you for sharing your adventures!!!
The Wrecker Games have corrupted my mind. I think that truck deserves more than to be a display.
It looks a lot better than it is as a functional wrecker but later old Holmes boom/winch combos are cheap. It really is more a display piece. Lots of old salvage outfit fabbed their own booms (and so can you because they're really quite simple). That boom and mast are for dragging scrap cars not recovery and winch outs because they're too light (look close at the mast).
Darn there was some cool cars in there worth saving. It's always sad to see them hoarded and left to rot.
Love that model of firebird. Would life the panel truck too.
Cool stuff is never for sale until the property needs cleared off and the scrapper crushes it all.
Man! They some TREASURES out there!
Thanks for introducing Send It Sally and her Subaru.
Thanks for taking us along on the adventure Gentleman ! It's always a good time riding along with y'all ! 👍😎
And YES one should "Always" Keep the fuel tank full !! 🤣🤣🤣 Have a safe and great weekend Everyone ! ✌️❤️🙏
Shawn’s laugh is just something else, always makes everyone else laugh along! 😆
"Subaru down, Subaru down!". Loved the laughs guys!
Anytime Rory gets to say "yoink", it's gonna be a good time. And even gassing up like an adult, Matt. - Thanks for the video.
Shawn is the BEST! Lots of love for MIke and Rory but Shawn is such a hard worker and his laugh is infectious! You should make some "Shawn" dolls that when you squeeze them they laugh! 🤣🤣
Seriously, you 3 should not be allowed out and about without Adult supervision! I love it!
Nobody has as much fun as Shawn
The end clips are always my favorite!
And I finally got me a trail mater shirt to wear around hurricane in hopes of running into Matt!
You guys are having way to much fun
Never can there be too much fun😜
OH my goodness they are ALL so Beautiful in that yard.......WOW......🙈💓♥️ potential..potential...potential..
Shawn laughs, and I laugh with him. It's just that simple.😂
Lmao!!!! I love the "teamwork"....priceless!!! This is what "work" actually does look like when you have a great group of guys 🤙🤙
This video was brought to you by the letter B. Bead lock, Big block, Barbecue and Bumper cover. Great video guy's.
Creativity at its ...finest? I love that old ElCamino.!
Once again you all show the comradery you have between you all.. the fun and games that you have on a job and in the workshop is great to see.
What I love to have with my morning coffee? Old Blue and some old iron out in a field. Thanks Guys!
Wow they have some really nice solid stuff out there, and wow both back tires rolled, the way there is no rust on stuff down there is crazy, and nice truck, solid platform👍😊
Someone, please save that panel wagon at 4:30 😢
At the yard with the hidden gems, can I make an offer on that silver, GMC, 4 x 4 and it’s like one of my dream vehicles
America 🇺🇸
I lost it when he called his shoes hey dads lmao
I watch these videos for their interactions with each other as much as the offroad stuff.
That was an amazing backlot of cool old vehicles. Some would be great to see restored.
I would like to see that ‘54 Chevy Cabover truck back on the road.
But they are "not for sale", so the owner wants them to just rot away. You know it and I know it, the owner will never get around to doing anything with those old cars. What a shame.
Someone is a Chevy man.
Matt and Paul from Matt's off road and fabrats should build the same tow sling with the Additional arm. Genius setup
I like that Jimmy that they got over there in the corner over there
I guess I’ve never paid that much attention to the interior of ole blue… she’s CLEAN on the inside. That’s awesome. Also…. I want that guys yard. Lol.
There are 2 types of people in this world
1: smart people
2: Subaru people
That Chevy panel at 4:27 is awesome! Too bad it's not for sale.
Thanks for the good times and encouragement 👍😀
Yeah. Got a feeling that soobah is going to have a hard life.
Sweet old tow truck, I’m really digging the fire truck!!! I need one of those!!
An old tow truck pulling an even older tow truck. I like it!
Would've loved to see that old girl restored. She sure can use a second life.
You know what my favorite part of these videos is? Not just all of the Tomfoolery and the laughs and so on - those are great - but my favorite part is the video AFTER the video. That short little clip is aaaaaaaalways freakin hilarious!!!!
How about a shout out to your loyal fans Rory. :)
And Mike....enjoy your freedom my friend!!!!!!! Woohooooo!!!!
You dug a tow truck out of an old gold mine. Nice.
😮 OMG , that poor Subaru. 😵💫. There are no words for that............. Hello Rory , Mike and Shawn! As always thanks for taking us along and of course thumbs UP! 👍
Can just see the advertisement "Subaru for sale. Low miles and gentle use..."
They are pretty capable in the right hands with the right mods. But not so much with questionable piloting and stock Road Radials. My Subaru would have gone right thru that, and I STILL wouldn't have pointed that way. Nothing against the lady. I think she was just having a bad. day. If you want to have some soft road AWD fun with a Subaru on a road like that, look into some more aggresive tires and a lift. Mine has over ten inches of clearance, Oversized (almost 30") AT's and abbreviated front and rear bumpers. AT Oil Cooler, Turbo Power. And I KNOW it still can't compare to a 4x4 but it can get you a lot of places without getting stuck like that. And don't point your Subaru at obstacles, point them away. You're not a rock crawler, your purpose is to get there not to look good doing it,. Look good at the end of the carefully chosen trail, surrounded by Jeeps and 4x4 trucks while you listen to your surround sound and count the gallons saved. Databyter
@@Databyter All true, where ever I've seen them have trouble was always because of extremely low ground clearance. Solving that issue would allow it to go pretty much anywhere
@@ScottDLR That and a lower gear range. A lot of wasted energy in the form of heat between the Torque Converter and the Torque vectoring system which literally forces the engine to fight the brakes to make the wheels with more traction to move. With a lower gear range capability softroading Subarus would be a lot more capable. Perhaps too capable since they would then have the power to expose other fragilities that would also need to be beefed up. Databyter
Those Dagmar bumpers are the greatest!
Loved the old panel truck.
NONE STOP LAUGHTER WITH U GUYS THATS GOOD MAKES U WANT TO BE AT WORK
Shawn practicing his tight rope abilities like his ancestors that walked the beams building skyscrapers in New York City
10:48 “We’ve just filled up but, you know what, there’s no reason to not fill up again”
~~ my father taught us “Get gas when it’s convenient so you don’t have to get gas when it’s inconvenient”
Don't want to pull a " Matt "
Shawn has the absolute best laugh
It's always fun to go for a ride with Rory.
Every single time. I agree.
The trail repairs are some of my favorites to watch. The on the spot ingenuity amazes me. Also Sean is correct, crack is bad😂
From Lloyd Downunder;; THE MOAB STOOGES, Absolutely Very Enjoyable Thanks Guys.😂🤣🏁🏁🏁
Could careless about wanting to buy any of those old cars, trucks & vans. I was just happy to see that some do still exist. There's still some out there.
I really love the shape of the windshield of those old cars...
I stopped in yesterday and got me some tee shirts. Talk with Mike and Shawn. Fun guys. Rory was busy and they were getting ready for lunch. Waiting to go to lunch for me. My brother in law and I also tried out Hells BBQ as suggested by Rory. Was very good and I suggest people try it out.
Rory you Shawn and Mike never fail yo amuse us with your antics you 3 are great together for sure 👍💯
Holy Toledo Rory you finally have working wiper’s 😊
Easy on the clutch...lol
Those are some nice cars that aren't for sale.
She's going full send on that Subi
Rory, your and Mikes laughing is contagious. Kewl vehicles in that yard. That woman driving the subaru loves giving it the onion.
Sean’s laughing is the best laugh I’ve heard in years!
Having fun and towing tow trucks and looking at classic cars and trucks. It doesn't get any better than this. All in a days work!
An old wrecker from Junction City, Kansas!! Right outside of Fort Riley where I spent 3 years running a wrecker in the 1st Infantry Division!! Love your videos, never know what cool stuff we will see!!
Once again, you guys “working” but in reality it’s just fun 🤘🤘
I had a 1957 GMC with that same full front end bumpers, bumper-boobs, etc. Mine was the only one I have seen with the full kit until this one here.
That is a super cool old wrecker!
I must admit, my eyes lit up when I saw the El Camino!!! Swwweeeeettt!
You thre are forever entertaining. Get better with each vidio
I know you said nothing is for sale but you just made Robby L. And Paul C. Start drooling 😂😊
Love the dig about getting fuel.... ⛽️ MATT! 😂
You guys are American heroes. Keep up the hard work and can-do attitude!
Ol Blue pulling the old 57 would make a terrific photo, I hope you stopped somewhere to snap one. Automotive hoarders like that make me sad, it's nice that those cars have been collected, but a shame they're just going to sit there to rot. I'm sure if the owner was willing to let them go, a lot of them can find new homes and second lives.
lot of good lookin' rides in that video, I especially like the blue and grey truck @1:09 !
I feel like that some times. In a ditch that is. Team Maiter always lifts me up.
These are not the April Fools videos we are looking for
Y’all are a absolute riot lol. Shawn has a contagious laugh! Man that girl thrashed that Subaru. I think there is a false sense of security/ Subaru dealers give buyers about the AWD “ go anywhere “ of them lol😅
I was saying, where’s the “Symmetrical All Wheel Drive?”
I don’t think you can blame that on the dealer!
So sad to see all those badass ride's just sitting there wasting away! I live in Illinois and would love to get my hands on a lot of them!
The restraint you guys have when the back bumper cover comes off is amazing. What was she thinking was gonna happen. Wow
Rorey bruh you got Sparks and Whistling diesel out of hole in MOAB. You and your team are the trail kings in that area. Keep up the great work.
Fun filled adventures ahead.........🍿
👍👍 🦎 🚬☕🐢
P.s. with trees: Around the car is Always better than through the car😮 lol
Shawn's laugh is infectious, always having a great time.
I was drooling looking at that collection of American iron.
Beautiful rig!! ( Tow Truck)
The stories that rig could tell!
How in the world are the youth of the world going to gain any insight into managing the difficult paths they will encounter when they see three grown men getting the giggles on RUclips? They’re just going to have to settle for happiness, fun, and enjoying life.
I want that guys collection, he is sitting on a gold mine.
The old panel van was in great shape from what we could see in the video. Mine was totaled by a moose 20 years ago.
That's a sweet old wreaker yard art ❤😎👍
Great job lots cool old cars trucks the bfi done excellent job
I just love when you guys use blue!! Trail mater is the pinnacle, but blue is the kind of big tough truck that we all grew up in.
