This is life with the LT-432. Every session is difficult. While it is objectively better than the German lights on Tier VIII, i still have better results in M41-90mm and and a higher WN8 with them. Even with the HWK30. With them you have the "HE Cheatcode". With the low alpha you need to play well all the time, shoot all the time, and stay safe all the time. A well played LT-432 is a nightmare. Me in the LT-432 is more like a happy dream.
Cause you have to play like a spotter like the ELC, yes, its bigger and had more armour but still is the only tank that can counter ELC spotting at the same level. Trying to play it like an HWK30 its not the best idea.
100% agree. After i got the lt i felt like it’s too overhyped. I can see the potential with the low profile, good HE dpm, good camo and alright gun but playing it is a whole other story. Don’t get me started on the fires, a gust of wind sets up the whole tank in flames. Meanwhile HWK is one of my favorite light tank with how i’m top of the team with damage. I managed 55% WR with LT-432, 62% in HWK and 61% in LT-100. I can’t make 432 work even though it feels like a copy of t100 in T8. maybe because i’m too aggressive and it has OP tank syndrome or it’s low alpha dmg most likely
@@ElGuatequero Well, i don't play it like an HWK30. On tier 8, it is somewhere between the ELC Even and the M41.90mm. I hate to fight against it in a light, because it has such trollish armor. But, as it is, whenever you play it yourself, the armor doesn't troll anyone. The gun is okish. But it is way harder to play than the Germans. With them you just press 3 for HE and shoot the green pen marker. HWK30 can't do a lot of things the LT432 can. No armor, big as a house. Maybe i just play it less aggressively because i know that it is worse than LT432.
Experimental doesn't fix burning. Only modified configuration. I checked in tanksgg too, and exp equip doesn't decrease chance of fire. That's a huge part of modified config so it's still worth it over exp equip in that case.
@@HarlekinEO I know that part of it does help, but majority of people don't realize that experimental equipment didn't carry over that one specific aspect (reduced fire) from modified config. Nobody ever mentions it, and I believe many assume it's a straight up combo. Skill is a WoT master though, so he might be aware. : )

Still find impenetrable wheels way more frustrating than bouncing off an lt. Don't know how many times I've hit an ebr with my FV4005 and only damaged one wheel.

For me the spotting is almost secondary in lt432. Mostly i will try to counter the enemy even90 that is bound to be in the enemy team and do damage like a medium tank.
you are not lying.. this tank is crazy sometimes... I've made some on-the-move shots that i'm sure pissed off a few enemies lol 16:33 and EVERY battle I am up against ELC(s)... i know i know I can go buy an elc 90.... but fuh that tank.
Love your Index Page but I dont think any light tank is beginner friendly. Lights are the hardest class to play in my opinion. Love your content. BTW... T-10 pls =)

ELC for spotting because of it's stats and small size, LT is also very good at spotting (stats close to ELC but bigger) but much better at doing damage and staying alive than ELC
Elc for purely spotting. Advantage is it's size. All those tiny bushes make a perfect unexpected home. If you just want to go ham the Lt4 is a blast. I recommend both.

Is there a way to see the gun calibre when you go over the shell types in a battle? Am I the only one who is missing that. When you went with the mouse over the 3 shell types, it showed you all pen, shell velocity, and so on, and also shell calibre, but now it does not show any more. Do you have an idea where you can reactivate that? Thx guys
I think it has an 85 mm gun basically the t-34 gun. Which is accurate for the Soviet Army. They must have had so much ammunition of that type left over from World War II they just kept putting that gun on their armored personnel carriers. Not sure this thing was real but if it had been that's a realistic gun choice.
Now im sure that its WORST tier 8 LT. And one of the worst in the game. I started playing on it with auto extinguisher (because in 9/10 battles i was in fire )what gives also extra 10% protection and what? 1st battle - recive 1 hit, fire, extinguisher works. Second shoot.. fire.. dead. ITs a fucking rubish and needs to be buffed in that aspect cos its fucking unplayable. Nothing helps on this shit. I dont know tank what would be burn so often - including tier 9 BC what have big problem with that.. but on this shit you have to assume on start - that while you detected - 99% you will be in fire

I think he means, that the modules have more hp and need more hits to get damaged. That also decreases the rate of fires.

more xp of fuel tanks = less chance to start burning in one hit, no?

hitting this thing with high caliber guns and only get a crit hit and not doing any damage always makes me mad

Elc for purely spotting. Advantage is it's size. All those tiny bushes make a perfect unexpected home. If you just want to go ham the Lt4 is a blast. I recommend both.
