    Dough starter (糕种):
    70g (1/2cup) plain flour (普通面粉)

    120g (1 cup) glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
    110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
    150g mashed pumpkin (南瓜泥)
    125ml water(水)
    2 tbsp cooking oil (油)
    ***50ml water (水)
