Dough starter (糕种):
100g (3/4 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 1/4 tsp instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
100ml water (水)
Ingredients (材料):
200g (1 2/3 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
200g (1 3/4 cups) glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
300ml (1 1/4 cups) water(水)
3 tbsp cooking oil (油)
Some red food colouring (少许食用红色素)
跟着这食谱做了很成功,我只在发酵粉团那步骤做了修改,用开水参冷水的温度给它发酵,半小时后就可放进蒸炉了,谢谢分享,感恩!

What will happen if I skip the oil?
Follow all ingredients and instructions but my dough very wet & sticky. Can’t even roll a ball like you. Why? Any advice?
