The Wii Classic Pro was such a good controller, very comfortable. Thumbsticks could've been much better though. The D-Pad was almost perfect, but it squeaked uncomfortably on hard rocks.

The Hori mini is great for my 6 year old son, it’s perfect size for his small hands. The only issue we have with it is the wire gets all tangled! I can’t believe it, this works out perfect! Thank you for the video. Liked and subbed
What's interesting is that if you 3d print a modern controller grip you can basically make a hole and fit the entire horo mini gamepad wireless controller in it!

It’s been an awesome controller for my son and he had the same issues due to his hands still growing into comfortably gripping the DualShock 4 controllers during gameplay. This controller worked out perfectly for him and made it comfortable for him to play. The only issue I have is that it sadly is not recognized by the PS5. So, any backwards compatible PS4 games he used to be able to enjoy, he’ll have to play on an actual PS4 instead. The DualSense controller is a little beefier in size than the DualShock 4, so he’ll just have to get used to the new size to play PS5 games unless an alternative one comes out for smaller hands, or kids.

You can play the HORI Mini Wired Gamepad on the PS5 and you can also play your DualShock 4 as well, for this to work you need a special data USB that allows you to connect your PS4 controllers to your PS5 however you can only play PS4 games on your PS5 with your PS4 controllers so don’t expect to play games like Astro’s Playroom with the wired gamepad.

GreGgaeRasta Fari it’s not necessarily just used as a “cheap controller” I also have the mini one and I use it primarily for fighting games, because the dpad is 100 times better than the DS4 dpad. Also use it for APEX, because using the R2 on the mini feels wayyyy better than the R2 on DS4

I'd literally pay someone $400 to significantly decrease the thumbstick tension on this controller because i love this controller but hate how strong the thumbstick tension is on it. If you're looking to buy it and you own RDR2 there's one more thing to point out you won't be able to use the Dueling function in the game because it requires a bumper.
"the lack of triggers is a bummer" honestly the only games that really need or require analog triggers are racing games if anything analog triggers are bad for fps because of the travel time I hate seeing people complain about analog triggers when not a lot of games even use them

Do not buy either of these controllers. In my average size hands, my thumbs would hit each other during gameplay and it was very uncomfortable because all the pieces are made from plastic.
It's the same shape as the Wii controller and the snes and other controller that nintendo has released in the past when sony was working with them they're basically took the bone shape and now the snes controller look and can't brainstorm to make a new controller look
It depends where you go. My local gamestop carries scuf but they're not on display you have to ask the people who work there and another gamestop has no scuf but has the mini controllers on display

I just realized mine is 2 yrs old, I burn through the Sony controllers in about 6 months.

The TP button activates the stick as a touch pad. Like when you need to swipe left, press the TP button then move the joystick left.

@@dennylafoss Yeah I know what you mean, but tbh tonnes of people know that he gets money from that link anyway. I would definitely love to see a review of this controller from a smaller RUclipsr, but right now this is all we have, so as a rule of thumb we should take his vids with a grain of salt.

Do not buy either of these controllers. In my average size hands, my thumbs would hit each other during gameplay and it was very uncomfortable because all the pieces are made from plastic.
In my country this controller cost $65 .... Is not cheap in here
It's the same shape as the Wii controller and the snes and other controller that nintendo has released in the past when sony was working with them they're basically took the bone shape and now the snes controller look and can't brainstorm to make a new controller look
But on kh3 you just need to press square and sometimes triangle...
You obviously don't know how to play kh3 lol

It depends where you go. My local gamestop carries scuf but they're not on display you have to ask the people who work there and another gamestop has no scuf but has the mini controllers on display
Does the wireless one have less thumbstick tension? The wired one has too much tension so i hope the wireless one doesn't.
