Those bloody blocks wandering around while the master plays one of his magical master pieces, what a bummer! Magistral playing, as usual, from Mister Steve Vai!
@@korat10 Well, if he existed today he'd be considered pretty average. But for his time, Hendrix was the top for many reasons. One being that back then, they didn't have as much access to information to the instrument as Vai or Van Halen did. Especially for how innovative Hendrix was. So for his time and what he had to work with. He's one of the greatest for a reason.
Just saw him 3 days ago, I've been fan for 6-7 years but even I underestimate the concert :D it was FAR FAR FAR better than I even expected 10/10 performance and it was 2hr 40 mins long. Lifechanging experience !
I was in this concert in the front row too and it was amazing, I will never forget the experience. This is also my favorite song and this version was great
After all the years and thousands of times Steve has played these songs you'd expect him to just phone it in and look bored, but the mad lad still looks like he's having fun and enjoying the experience.
How can people move, or even blink, during a song and performance like that? Those citizens who kept getting up and passing in front of the camera should get out of jail!
I was in the front row at his Orlando concert and before the show I bought his brother Roger a drink, he was working the merch table, damn nice guy, everybody should offer to buy Roger a drink when they see him!
See, vai doesn't play the guitar, the guitar had to learn how to master vai!! Just amazing, effortless and pure heart and soul in everything he writes and plays !!
@@captainoakleaves36I mean, despite the fact that that EVO has a massive crack on the back [due to high dropping], and the neck and tailpiece have gone numerous repairs, too... plus he has his FLO III and brand-new Ibanez PIAs.
This likely an off-day for him. I saw this tour and I honestly thought his drumming was great. He Even did a spectacular drum solo intermission, i was impressed.
62 years and still plays it flawlessly. This is superb.
Long live staying Ms Vai. ❤❤❤
There is a special place in hell for those disturbing others during this holy experience!
Holy experience, it’s not all that bud.

😆 damn right
Why do they talk while a man make art ?
No self respecting Vai fan would stand up and miss a single bit of this song

He is simply madly in love with his musical compositions. No matter how much time passes between performances. Beautifully timeless!!
So true.
Vai is and always will be the man!! Easily top 5 greatest guitarist of all time.
@sock lol
Hendrix, eddie van halen and Steve Vai.🤘😎🤘

@@kholathekidjust try to imagine what Jimi would be like by now….. If only given the chance….
I'd have a meltdown if I saw him live. Absolutely amazing. The hush over the audience says it all.

Yeah I don't usually record concerts because I like to just enjoy it but I just needed to save it this time.
@@EvanSilviaI do not like to record neither for the same reason. but you did good posting this so that anyone can see and remember it, just like me

Impossible to play stuff like this and look removed.
When it's in your blood, you can't phone it in.

Thanks for uploading. Steve is the best
Absolutely 💯 beautiful Genius .
No deja de sorprenderme este gran tipo
Saw him do this on Generation Axe...psychedelic blues/jazz...most amazing! Thank you!!
what a legend
Absolutely wonderful performance!
Another Vai favorite of mine is “Windows to the soul”

Steve still has his mojo after all these decades, what a legend. Not sure I can get behind that green-screen colored shirt though 😅
That’s what’s so cool about him though, he just doesn’t care
@@davenotstaine5646 You're right, he's a damn legend. Also Megadeth is my favorite band so nice profile pic \m/

Today, genius is an over and often misused word. In the case of Steve Vai, it can't be used enough.
Ain't he good? And he continues to get better!

his brother is named Michael Vai
@@bryson.iscool8871 he has two brothers Michael and Roger. Roger is known for shouting “Freeeeeeebird!” at Steve’s concerts

Fantástico
JIMI HENDRIX, EDDIE VAN HALEN AND STEVE VAI.🤘😎🤘
Imagine being able to play like that at the age of 62 (!).
If you practice all your life it is quite possible
I was at the one in Kansas. It looks like that show
This was orlando fl.

In 2023 and he's still using Evo to play this song!

Sit up people !!!!

Music 100/10
Performance 9/10 not enough running finger through his hair

Technically there is nothing Steve cannot do or has not achieved, but nothing really touches or remains in your heart.

Wow, he's still using his 29-year-old guitar!

He should drag his hand through hair, otherwise it's not proper Tender Surrender :D

so ripped from Trower, it's Blatant
Evo........his mistress
Rough frets!
Whay not Pia though 😢😢😢
Where was this at?
There's those boomer bends Tim Hensen was talking about..lol
sounds great.. man he looks like he is sick, very frail...hope not
Pretty disrespectful audience, walking around and having conversations, while Steve is pouring his heart out.
Can't you buy a gimbal???
Haha yeah next time I will. This was like my first time filming anything. And I had 2 beers. Cheers.

How boring the music he's been doing lately. A concert becomes very boring.
