The ONLY reason that female witness received immunity for her testimony and not a co-conspirator is because she was there to turn State witness. I want to see both her interrogation videos. I don't believe half of what they're saying Her testimony was, I need to see the interrogation video. I would like to see her demeanor, I want to hear her ability to articulate or the lack thereof. I want to see what type of demeanor she held in those interrogation videos. Cuz in the State's opening arguments he alluded to her not being that eloquent... So to assume she might not be that smart. The fact that he conversed with Nip, got food, ate the food and came back was enough for me to know that he had it all planned out! He displayed the mens rea and actus rea and he was lying in wait. When a person engages in lying in wait, as Holder did, he had murder in mind in a premeditated way. Holder sought to gain an advantage to attack Nipsey Hussle with sufficient force by use of that firearm resulting in Nipsey losing his life. I also believe there were other key players involved in this conspiracy to murder Nipsey.

The testimony, and VIDEO evidence shows that he went to Master Burger. He went and placed an order before he went and had a conversation with Nipsey and the other people in the parking lot.
