I really needed to hear this tonight. Both my husband & son (now 18) are verbally abusive sometimes. Today was one of those for my son...he could win an Olympic medal for whining, demanding, etc. Although my son & I have had counseling in how to communicate with each other via his school IEP; he does slip back into an abusive, demanding method of communications. I’m still listening to the video as I write this, & agree that “hurt people hurt people.” Both my son & husband have anxiety which affects them physically. They feel out of control so try to control others. Plus, they are not believers, so do not believe that we can rest our present & future in the hands of a loving Father. Finding a support group was vital to my mental health as my son grew; but for my husband...well, not too sure what to do with him. And so I go to my prayer closet & I ask my friends to also pray, because if God can reach me & change me, certainly, He can reach both these men in my life. With God, all things are possible.
I totally feel you, as I am living a very similar life. I see you wrote this 3 years ago. I’m wondering how things have turned out. Are they still being verbally abusive?
I'm hearing what you are saying. I see the word in my brain. I always sence God's grace whirling back to scripture that I try to remember what book in the Bible. I have asked for forgiveness and guidance . I have asked God what I can do for him. I have been around crazy makers and became a crazy maker mess. Jesus never seems to not stop saving me. So so very Thankful

I had an instructor who ruined my A grade record in her department where I had worked night shifts. I determined to keep an A record with the rest of my subjects. After graduating I was offered a director's position in a private medical center for 4 doctors. With that experience I was able to specialize in diagnosing patients with their doctors. I later qualified for diverse positions in my medical field so that I could continue helping others. I am grateful God Father walked me through letting go of offense and receiving His favor and blessings.

Those parents should never be without their parents, except incest situations. If your saying parents without their kids are nuts" crazy" your the nut. You expect a parent whos lost a child to be calm and happy about it?? You need to be examining yourself
My family drive me nuts. Nothing is good enough for them!
There is a fine line between meekness and weakness. It takes a lot of wisdom to discern, it needs a lot of prayer. One of my favorite sayings (to myself) is “don’t mistake my kindness for weakness”. I am very strong... unfortunately that trait makes me give too many second chances to people that don’t deserve it. I don’t give people the opportunity to build my trust in them, before I let them back in my life. And this has caused me much trouble. Other people that have caused horrible trouble in my life, I have written them off because I know they have no remorse for things they have done, but my anger toward them brings me down spiritually. Very hard for me to let go of what they have done. I know that my anger is interfering with Gods judgement on them. In other words, I know justice will come when I let go of it in my heart.... but it is so hard for me to let go. God help ms to let it go. I saw a saying that is very fitting “Just love everyone, I’ll sort them out later. -God”

an see both sides from this if you use it wrong. ive seen this before its correct. but this can be used wrongfully. no matter who you are. i would advise you use it properly especially believers. dont take it negative. posistive, this is a serious sermon. in love i say this.

Thank you for this video. I am a nursing student. One instructor is giving me the tough time. She tried to let me out from my nursing program from the small things which is totally acceptable another student though. She was incredibly generous other student's mistake or error. Sad and discouraged if I Have to give up my nursing program due to this circumstance. I have not the bad feeling to her, but she has controlled my school and career. What should I do?
Seriously, I️ had to talk to the dean of students because of an instructor like this. This it not your issues it is hers or his. You are a caring and wonderful and there is a place for you in nursing, so fuck them. Please know that that they are sick and flawed, there is a place for you in this nursing world. Go for it. Instructors are flawed. They are not God!!

I had an instructor who ruined my straight A daytime student record with a D in her department where I had been working night shifts. I determined to continue my straight A record with the rest of my subjects. After graduation, I was the only student in the history of their medical school to return with a director 'a position and an entire floor to set up a private medical department for 4 doctors. With that experience I was able to qualify for any position in my medical field. She had belittled me in front of her entire department and I lost my job. But I knew from an early age that I loved science and helping doctors with diagnosing. So I persevered in order to help others. God Father gave me favor and blesskings. Don't give up and expect God to act extraordinarily for you, too!

So hold on, if the crazymaker wants a matter of power control and it becomes an argument of what is good, they’re not necessarily saying something evil, but in like a manipulative controlling “my way is the best way, not yours, the Christian way, I’m right”. Do we not play their power control games and just be quiet and let God...yes, we have to let them talk, like Jesus, he closed his mouth, should we just close our mouth and pray that God would show them the right away. Or should we argue and defend ourselves, what we believe is the right thing to do. It becomes a battle of what is right, not who is right, but sometimes I feel puffed up like I am always right.
What if the mean verbal abuser is your husband and he's a true narcissist who claims to be a Christian ?

I had written my comments earlier but it seems as if someone had erased it.
I believe that God's word demands that we change. When evil people who tell LIES about about others and tell LIES and Falsely Accuse others. The Lord God Almighty Jesus commands us to Correct and Rebuke the man and woman who continues to do these kinds of evil deeds.
Yes the Lord God Almighty Jesus says to forgive them 70 times 7 but at the same time to Correct and Rebuke the person to repentance. However when this man or woman refuses to repent or continues to do the same evil deeds again and again.
Then the next action should be, to take it to the pastor and of the church so that the pastor Corrects and Rebukes the person. If the person still does not repent, then to take it to the elders of the church so that they can Correct and Rebuke the man or woman in order for him or her to repent. Moreover, if he or she does not repent even after the elders had spoken with him or her. Then this person should be Cast Out of the body of the Church and be considered as a Gentile. Because he or she did not want to repent from doing evil deeds and even if he or she repents many times and there is no change. Then this person is just simply a Gentile full of Evil and there is No Truth in him or her. Therefore, this man or woman is NOT the child of the living God. Because the Lord God Almighty Jehovah says that he is Pleased when we repent from doing evil deeds and start doing good instead of continuing to walk in evil but walk away from evil and speak with the truth always and STOP Telling LIES forever.
You are not preaching what the Lord God Almighty Jesus says, which is to Correct and Rebuke the man or woman but instead you are excusing their behaviors. The Lord God Almighty Jesus said that if we loved him, we will do what its right. Yes, we love our enemies but at the same time we tell them to stop doing evil in love.
I don’t think it’s kind to call people cry babies. They are that way for a reason. The hurt in them has lead them to self pity. They need help. Not name calling. That just doesn’t sit right with me.
Your description of crazy makers is sadly, and disappointingly what I’ve encountered. Whats sad is they will allow others around them to be abused because they don’t understand intuition and crazy makes the protector. Then years later they find out you were right, but act like they were never warned
This is victim blaming. There is a stark difference between a one off encounter with a store clerk having a bad day and living with a controlling crazy making narcissist. I could only stomach 14:42 minutes of this before I had to turn it off.
