    Hi Anthony,
Your videos are really helpful and amazing, keep up the good work man!
I was wondering if i could help you edit your videos (longs and shorts) and make high CTR thumbnails as well?

I think this is solid advice. The thing that helped me become consistent in my training was placing value on short training days and considering it as a win. This mentality led to longer training sessions when I had time. If all I have is 10 minutes in a day (which is unlikely) I train as hard as I can for that 10 minutes and I view it as a win. This mentality led me to developing a routine.

Exactly, overriding that "all or nothing" mindset is crucial as you grow older!
