Smooth glass! Her solos are not just technique but a construction of working rythms, moving toward a focal point and then and end. That's lost in so much drum soloing. She's quickly becoming a master of this craft!

Drum Solo is mostly a show by doing hard body move + head shake but Kanade is not, Kanade makes nice groove by using various difficult technique but it looks to us as easy shots, this is the way I like.

This princess has her way with pans and kettles. What she needs is a bright session bassist and an advanced kbd.
Nothing will stop her from reaching the sky. She has it all.
I can't wait for her to connect with the right people, which I'm sure she will. I agree with you. I don't mean to criticism anyone she's work with to this point, but bass has not been a very strong component. When she plays with strong bass player that grooves, she will blossom.
I'm stunned. I follow Senri's work and now I'm starting to pay attention to Kanade. Both are prodidy and it seems it was yesterday that I was watching their early videos... great musicians!
