Business idea of Gyuthul

Gyuthul Studios is a multimedia firm aims to nurture a competitive creative industry and citizens through the delivery of various quality services and creative works. Gyuthul Studios was founded by a young enthusiastic undergraduate students of Sherubtse College. The Studios team comprises of young and talented members, mostly undergraduates, who aspires to using creative tools to transform lives. We work towards fulfilling the vision of becoming an ideal service provider which has a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
We aim to empower a creative society with endless up-skilling and re-skilling opportunities through short term and long term training programs. We also caters to principal life skills, quality services, creative content, value-laden training, personal development initiatives, human resource development, youth employment and skilled based service delivery.

The country’s Economic hub is in the western parts of the country which attracts young minds and people to the west. It has often been difficult for businesses and institutions in the east to scale up owing to the lack of physical infrastructure and access to digital services.
The main challenge for startups and small business in the east is failure and gaps in marketing which is the key component of a business that adversely affect the business and often lead to the shutting down of the firms. We as an aspiring and only multimedia company in eastern Bhutan will cater to the needs of small businesses and institutions in reaching wider customers through social media at an affordable price for the clients and contribute to scaling up their business. Our proposed business will help in enhancing the livelihoods of the people in eastern Bhutan and contribute towards the national goal of achieving balanced regional development.
We also provides services related to capacity building in the educator in eastern Bhutan at an affordable price to make our young population aware and competent in this digital world acquainting educators with the use of multimedia tools to ease content delivery in the classroom which is of immense importance. Since eastern educators do not have access to such capacity development programs, the studio once initiated the capacity development program in the east and received great positive reviews from the educators.

Following are the services we provide as a solutions to the lack of multimedia firm in Eastern Bhutan.
i. Providing Creative Services: The Studio will work towards offering various creative services in Animation, Designing, Editing, Content Writing, Music Composition and Visual Effects fields to audiences of all age group, background and citizenship.
ii. Skilling Programs: A host of training programs will be conducted to create endless opportunities through creative, innovative, and lifelong learning and capacity building programs to nurture an educated and skilled society.
iii. Storytelling: We provide platforms to people who needs to tell their story by enhancing and refining them to reach maximum audience as a social service to the society to instill a culture of shared experiences and understanding through stories that touches lives.
iv. Product Marketing: A good marketing strategy is the way to get attention to the brilliant services or products you offer to the market. We ensures that the services/product you provide does not remain dormant while marketing your ventures through marketing and distribution strategies such as Advertisement, and Public Relations.
