Festive season is here 💫💥 And so is WINTER ❄️. And at this time of the year, all we crave for is warm, fudgy, comfort food and what's better than a bite of Decadent, Chocolate Walnut Brownie?
Today we are making 2 MINUTE MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE WALNUT BROWNIE and trust us guys, you'd keep coming back to this recipe till time unknown because it is just SO DELICIOUS! We did make Brownies in the oven and we found out that it takes too long to make them, and the waiting time is atleast 1-2 hours. So we had decided to create this super scrumptious short cut to the PERFECT BROWNIE! This recipe is tried and tested multiple times so you won't have to worry if you'd go wrong anywhere!

INGREDIENTS:
➤ Salted Butter: 3 tbsps
➤ Amul Dark Chocolate: 1/2 cup or 12 cubes
➤ Brown Sugar: 2 tbsps
➤ Powdered Sugar: 2 tbsps
➤ Milk: 4 tbsps
➤ Maida/All purpose flour: 4 tbsps
➤ Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsps
➤ Chopped Walnuts: 1/4 cup
➤ Chocolate chips : 1 tbsp (Handful)

Btw if anyone doesn't have brown sugar, they can use white sugar also, as there is no significant taste difference.
Brown Sugar= White Sugar mixed with Jaggery (gurh)

Brown sugar is white sugar with molasses. Not jaggery. Yes it’s replaceable with white sugar. But it adds a deep caramel flavor to cookies & brownies which you won’t get with white sugar

Hi please tell that did u add any baking soda or baking powder
@arushimukherjee9201 we will use only baking powder in brownie n we should not use baking soda as it raises the brownie like cake.
1.Melt 12 cubes of dark chocolate + 3 tbsp of butter
2.Add the sugars 2 tbs each & mix well
3.Mix in 4 tbsp milk, 4 tbsp of maida & 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
4.Throw in a few chopped walnuts & pour into a greased & lined pan & bake till done

I tried to make it as a mug cake to not have multiple utensils to wash and it works for that too.
P.s. add a bit of milk in the end after ur done making the brownie if you like your brownie on the fudgier side.
