It seems there's at least 6 different surprises you can get w/ SSC. Mine came with comb, Custard (her cat), lunchbox and basket of strawberries. I guess the bag is another option. Annoyed, because the cake was shown in promo pics, and that's what I expected.
The doll you're looking forward to is Orange Blossom. The others on box are Lemon Meringue, Raspberry Tart and Blueberry Muffin. :) They look so much like the 80s dolls, I'm very pleased with them.

The “blind box” accessories vary. My Strawberry Shortcake came with a red strawberry comb, pet Custard, strawberry basket, & strawberry shaped handbag. Meanwhile, Rainbow Brite came with leg warmers, sandals, a yellow lunchbox, Twink handbag, and a comb. I would have loved to have gotten RB’s skirt, but I can make a strawberry shortcake out of Make It Mini Diner Series. 😅
I love them. They are almost free. For that much, you can't even get an outfit.
Doing this kind of articulation on a playline budget is admirable ! But I can see how they'd run into budgeting issues that comprised the mobility. Like obitsu bodies on their own cost about 20$..
i think what they were able to achieve at the scale and price is very very impressive but… most of the articulation feels useless because of how limited it is?? i would’ve rathered they put that budget somewhere else tbh

BTW, however badly you tore into the box, I really appreciate that you didn't skip that part, as THAT'S what "unboxing" videos should be all about! THAT'S what I came here for; to know how much work/damage to expect. So, seriously, THANK you!!! 🙏😁
PS: The skirt seems to be the "variant" item, that's replaced with a headband, or a different pair of shoes and leg warmers in other boxes! So I've heard. Just FYI. 💡
