Fantastic review. It's great seeing them all up close and personal. I love the way you filmed the sketchbooks. The photos of Poppy are extra beautiful. A+ presentation as always. Skyler's my overall favorite but I'd love for her hair to be a little more show accurate. Jade's boots look amazing, I just hope they don't stain. I still don't have any version of Poppy or Amaya so maybe these are the two to get.
ruby ate more than i thought. i'm a sucker for leather jackets. and jade's boots are to die for fr i feel like nothing is too late, i'm glad MGA decided to make the runway looks in doll form, they look amazing. thank you for the detailed review as always!

Maybe you could redress her in Ainsley’s clothes for a more grunge/emo vibe if you decide against returning/reselling her?
Poppy FTW OMG love that 2nd outfit came back, I’ll pay a little more for that. It’s the first Ruby I’ve really liked. Shame that tied jacket is attached to the skirt. I found winter ruby for $15 bucks, but she didn’t do much for me, so I gave her to a little girl who’s house burned down before Christmas, totally worth it! But it’s nice to see a Ruby that does something for me. And I’ve wanted a white/silver haired Amaya for a while now. Thanks Guys as always!
These dolls are stunning, jade is my favourite. I have noticed that some re-colours/similar fashions are surfacing. The SH series 3 dolls have some similarities to older dolls as well. Bit of a shame but they release so many dolls that maybe they're running out of ideas, haha!
I am so happy for the rainbow high fantasy Fashion runway dolls i’m so glad they made modifications again to the rainbow high dolls with all new outfits and they are in runway look from Rainbow high animated series
Great review as always. Thank you for the ongoing high quality content! I feel like you might have been a little too forgiving of the very budget quality of the secondary outfits. It's not a dealbreaker for myself but I agree with others that it would have been a better option to just go with a $30 price point without the throwaway second looks *or* stick with the price point but up the detail and quality of the primary outifts alone like the Costume Ball line. Small quibbles in the grand scheme of things though. I'm mostly onboard with these but will wait until they're sold on Amazon so I can do easy returns if there are quality issues.
I wished they used different feathers for violet , instead of the flat ones they should have done something mo fluffy like the one Natasha zima's dress had ,both in the animated and the doll form , it could have made her dress less plain and given it bit more , almost like the sketch in the little sketch pad they had.
Can't wait to have them all when they go on sale. I may get Amaya at full price since I missed her original doll with the platinum hair and don't have her in my collection. I agree that the lavender girl is the weakest, I've even forgotten her name as I write this and you just said it, oy.

If I am being honest I wish these dolls didn’t come with the second outfits as they all look really under-designed and would rather pay less for just the doll with their main outfit.

i dont think it is a darker color in person i think its a really shiny carbord that the camera isn't picking up very well so its making the whaleback of the box darker. if you like it in the darker shade you could always try dying tho it might be best to test that first incase the metral doesn't dye well.
I'm done with the recycling of the series one dolls. How many are there already? The normal one, the cheerleaders, the winter break, junior high and now the fashion dolls. Create new dolls with new personalities and names. I like that way more.
If anything repros of the s1 cast would probably do MGA some good for now since they seem to be sadly running out of ideas. Plus they can now redo them with the updated face molds and skins since their launch dolls were a little off putting.
I always wanted a re-release of the series 1 OG girls, and now it looks like we got some sort of that. Ruby, skyler and jade are my favs here
