Rum Punch:
5 Apples
2 Cups Apple Cider
2 tbsp sugar
1 stick on cinnamon
Ginger beer to taste
Slice apples and put into a large jug. Add sugar, apple cider cinnamon and rum. Stir with ice and top with ginger beer to taste. Another option is to wait to pour ginger beer on top of each individually cocktail. Enjoy!

Hey Johnny when it come to vodka ,gin ,whisky ,tequila and all the spirits once you crack open the bottle how long of a self life do they have ? are they safe after a few years?
Assuming it's just hard liquor (nothing flavored like Fireball) the bottle should be good for about a year or two.
It won't become toxic or anything, you just lose color and flavor.

Loving the recipes but if it's a 2 person show then the work should be evenly split. Dad is doing all the mixing and son is doing all the drinking. A little uncomfortable to watch.
