  • Today we went out to the Niagara River to target steelhead with Captain Matt Gantress. We had a great time and hope you guys enjoy the fishing footage and also some footage of the new store.

    Thanks for the memories of fishing the Niagra, back in the 'Eighties I used to fish Lake Ontario for the Salmon, if they were done we would shoot over to the river below Art Park. After catching Lakers and Brownies I got spoiled fishing for our stocked Rainbows and the occasional Palimino.

    Wow, what a beautiful shop! Love the tour of the new Tackle Shop at the end of the video and seeing spools of VARIVAS on the shelf!

    And at the end showing the shop superb! Too bad you can't expand out here in the West, but you actually can. Dream it, believe it and it will happen. Danny Colville is the most dedicated to his craft that I have ever met!!!!!🤙🎣🎣🎣🎣

    Was a huge fan and user of your gear until I saw how you dealt with a few of my friends needing replacements or service after purchase. Focus on supporting customers after they buy otherwise your reputation will take a hit

      Cant make everyone happy. I do try though. Would you care to explain. Anyone can bring anything to me and I will always offer some sort of solution. I stand behind everything I make and try to carry everything that has good customer service attached to it. I helped literally thousands of people and If i cant please a few of your friends I am sorry but thats life. I can only do the best I can and i try to be as fair as possible. If you are a "huge fan" and "user" I am surprised you havent dealt with me first hand and see how I treat everyone. There are 2 sides to every story. I have been disappointed by some service I have received from businesses in the past but I make my own decisions as a consumer whether to go and support the business again. If someone tells me they dont like something sure I will take it into account but i will make my own decision as an individual based off my dealings with the customers. For example I had a customer leave his rod on his car and drive away mangling the reel. I could have charged him for every piece that needed replacement but i charged him for handles. You know why I did that. So it was a win win for both parties. I DO stuff like this everyday but you dont hear about it. A unhappy customer tells 20 people while happy customers tell 1-3 people. I treat others and customers how I want to be treated and here I am 13 years later still jn business and still growing no matter who bashes me. I can guarantee if you actually have gotten to know me as a business owner anyone who is stable minded would appreciate the way i work and do things. Im in this for making people happy while making a living. Again I cant make everyone happy but I try my best. I can assure you if you are all there upstairs and dont have some underlining jealousy of me or my business, we will see eye to eye on most every issue. Tight lines.

      Definitely disagree with you here cass, i bought a drop back second hand and had some what i thought was issues and messaged Danny and had nothing but full support and in depth help that he didn’t need to offer me at all. That’s genuine customer support from one man who runs it all. Not d riding either, it’s impressive customer service
