“Name it to tame it” tool has helped me with my anxiety. Recognize you are having this feeling, name it, ask yourself if those thoughts are helpful right now.

Great conversation. Really love the honesty here. All stuff I've been super curious about after having watched those shows. Whit's channel with Tim is hilarious and fun and eye opening at times. Lo on those shows always had that effortless snark that you loved to fear. Lol. Seemed like a great friend you'd definitely want on your side. Anyways...both lovely, smart, successful ladies. Must be seriously strong to have made it through the beautiful nightmare that was all the attention from starring on those massively successful reality shows. Well done.

:They take your blank stares at a wall...and turn you into the villain." LOL. I don't know s**t about how production worked on that show but that felt accurate. 🤨😒😏😲

Hmmm what about the birkin bag in order to accuse Kristin of dr*gs? Lo said the line that they wanted her to say and Kristin confirmed it all on her podcast so it’s hard to justify editing that but still, lo seems like she means well and there must have been an explanation? Wish she would share!

Agree. I think she got a designer handbag for saying it. Regardless I still like all the hills cast

Honestly, the more i think about it i kind of understand it. They were young and on a half scripted show being manipulated anyways. So who wouldn't say one line for a $100k bag?
I do think now that they are grown and mature Lo should own up to it apologize to Kristen.

@@ariellesteinberg9863 That's so messed up that that was even offered. It's hard to judge when you can't say what you would genuinely do in that situation.
