- What a treat all the attendees had at the 5th Annual Durango Ragtime and Early Jazz Festival, held March 24-27, 2017.
The masterful piano playing of Morten Gunnar Larson was incredible! Here he plays Sophie Tucker's theme song, "Some of these Days." Rag." Also playing is Adam Swanson. What a duet! Enjoy.

I just got back from the 2023 World Champion Old Time Piano Contest. I thought for a bit I'd hit my overload button, but NOPE, I still enjoy ragtime!!

There's a feel to playing music that trumps any amount of technique. Not judging these guys' technique, just loving the feel they both bring to it.
@@MrCrowebobby Sorry you misunderstood. It had nothing to do with what or how they were playing - they're both terrific - it was that Adam's name had not been credited in the description at first.
