30g butter - melted
Biscoff cream:
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
300mls double cream
2 tablespoon Biscoff spread (30mls)
2tablespoon sugar (30mls)
Vanilla cream:
100mls double cream
1 teaspoon sugar (5mls)
a few drops of vanilla extract

I've been good.
Kate, do you by any chance have a copycat recipe for maple leaf cookies? A friend from Canada gave me two box's, it somehow disappeared 😂and cost an arm in Costco/Amazon.
Also, I can't believe its that time again when we do Christmas content🤩
