Thank you for this, if I could comment on the video itself, 1. The intro is way too loud and mixed poorly, could go down in volume. 2. i could only hear your voice on the right side using earbuds. 3. Would be interesting to see someone go through this training and see the difference.

So what I would say to you bro is to continue getting in shape… work on your core & watch guys like Kawhi Leonard & Jimmy Butler. Those are guys that Lock up on D. A lot of it is mindset too. You gotta say to yourself that your shutting them down everytime!!! I got a bunch of ball handling drills if you can spend 5 to 10 minutes a day or at least every other day on ball handling then you’ll be good 🦁💯
My fault I read your comment wrong. Cote strength is definitely something that you should still work on. I’m terms of handles and passing people playing defense on you. Work on ball handling as much as you can, & then work on your athleticism like you said, the faster & quicker you get, the easier your chances will be when it comes to blowing by a defender 💯
@AsiamahAcademy how long for you think it will take to grt pretty good with weak hand to use in game? Did for a week straight. Feel a pretty good sifference
@@daoxiong3171 depends on you tbh. It should take 3-4 weeks if your working on it every day! But if you are really good with your strong hand & you have a lot of success on the court then I’d say 2 weeks max. The more you work on it the faster you’ll see improvement 🦁
