It was especially cool to see Jason Bonham behind the drum kit! I definitely have to check out the rest of this night to see who else performed. Such an amazing performance by Heart to honor the legendary Led Zeppelin!
Do a drummer reacts to Karen Carpenter playing the drums. She was a drummer who could sing like an angel. Her face would just light up when she had a drum in front of her!
I can't imagine what it must have been like to play one of the most iconic guitar solos of all time in front of Jimmy Page, plus Nancy playing the acoustic so perfectly
Simultaneously exhilarating and nerve wracking I would imagine!
Every time I see this, I think the same, large cojones.
I've probably seen this 100 times and I cry every time when I see Jason looking up at his dad when she says heaven

Ann Wilson has one of the most powerful female voices. And her sister Nancy can play a mean guitar. This is one of the best tributes to Led Zeppelin with Ann & Nancy doing the classic song "Stairway To Heaven". No one else could have pulled it off as well. "Heart" have had so many great hits such as "Magic Man", "Crazy On You", "What About Love", "Never", "Dog & Butterfly", "These Dreams", "Alone" etc.
They’re both so talented! Thanks for all the suggestions on the Heart tunes!

I'm blown away by how close this cover act compares to the original. Some subtle differences, but damn good, and they captured the original feel. These great songs bring back so many memories.

I've watched this performance probably 50 times (mostly reactions), and this particular video that you watched definitely has some issues with regard to the volume of Ann Wilson's lead vocal. I've seen other versions of this performance where her vocal was much more prominent. I have no idea how or why that may have happened on this particular video. Heart has always been a Zep cover band as well as their own material. They include Zep tunes at every show they do and they’re glorious at it with the amazing Fisher Brothers in the band.

I agree with you, Zeppelin and Heart in my opinion are the 2 best rock bands in music, back in the day & to this day 💜🩵 Heart is the only ones who could bring this song justice like they did.. 100% one of the best covers out here today ❤❤ Ann was 62 when she did this, 74 years young today and shes still a beast ❤️🔥🔥

There are not enough words to describe how great this was. It was fun seeing you enjoy it too. Funny, or sadly, when I was in high school some guys referred to Heart as the Female Led Zep in kind of a derogatory way.I hope they have seen this! :)

There something way off with the sound in this clip. Ann's vocals are low, the choir is too loud and the guitar solo is quiet as well.
And for some Trivia..... Led Zep had asked Jason Bonham to attend and he told the he couldn't as he had a prior commitment - that's the reason for the reaction when he comes to the stage.
I agree! It’s the mix on their end! Not sure if it is this particular video or what! So cool to see Jason ripping the drums in honor of his pops!
The only female rock voice that I like better is Amy Lee - have you reacted to any Evanescence ?
We haven’t done any Evanescence on channel before, maybe we should check it out! Definitely heard of them, but never really dug into their catalogue at all!
