As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Braiteh diagnoses and treats heart and blood vessel conditions using small tubes called catheters. Dr. Braiteh estimates that utilizing this technology to remove blockages in the blood vessels in 80% of cases allows patients to avoid open-heart surgery.
