- I am a first-year ENT resident starting with a 1 month rotation in the emergency room. This vlog captures my first week as a new resident doctor! It was a great experience being able to do "doctor things" for the first time like putting in orders and calling consults on my patients. [Disclaimer: everything I do is verified by an attending doctor! :)]

About me
I’m an ENT resident doctor, a first-gen college student, and the first in my family to pursue medicine. I am originally from California, completed medical school in the south and completed a research year at Harvard before matching into ENT. I began blogging/social media on IG @lilyinmedicine and founded an advising company, Med Mentors, that offers medical school/residency application support. Through my channel, I aim to share lifestyle and educational content that empowers students to work hard and achieve their goals as a future physician.
