@Berlinthealleycat What I would try first is to follow the video and when you get to the Windows Features window where you put the check into Games, take the check out of Games instead. Then when you click OK it will uninstall the basic Windows games. Then Restart the computer and go back and do like the video says and put the check into Games again. This will reinstall them all. If they don't work after that then there may be something wrong with your Windows installation.

That's just my normal voice. Not nervous at all. I talk a little slower than normal so I can match it up to what I am doing on screen so maybe that makes a difference.
