I have this. It works great to keep the frost off. Wipers should go under the cover to protect them. You need the right size for your vehicle.

Awesome! I got mine on clearance and it's the kind that has wings that go inside the vehicle (pinched by the doors). Glad to know it'll work.

Wiper blades are supposed to go underneath the cover. It keeps them from freezing.
Correct. I didn’t mind putting them on top to help hold the cover down though.
It work great. Got mine not too long ago from Wal-Mart. Around $11
