Robby, THANK YOU so much for this!! My son has been struggling with the one-legged squat / quad loading and it's been killing his velo. At 6'2 200lbs his velo should not be sitting low 70s. We tried this today and it really (finally) clicked for him, and he went from throwing all arm to having that nasty arm speed we've been craving. Didn't have the pocket radar today but can't wait to continue to do this and get some velo data. Gonna make this drill a daily part of his routine until he can do it keep that shin vertical and get into the glute blindfolded! Appreciate you more than you know!

Does hip hinge loading have less stress on the arm? Or is it purely just beneficial in the throw velo and consistency
