Darrell Henderson for Memphis in 2018 had almost 2000 yards rushing and over 20 TDs. He averaged almost 10 yards a carry. Finished in the top 10 in the Heisman voting, yet I doubt many know this or who he is.
Anthony Gordon threw for 5600 yards and 48 TDS at WSU in 2019 (Both top 10 in a season all-time). Fun fact, he once had 9 TDs and 570 yards in a loss. The fact he doesn't even make a list like this shows he was truly forgotten
Someone needs to talk about how AMAZING Antwan Randle-El was at IU and how Omar Jacobs was the reason a lot of people watched MAC FB in the middle of the week
Brandon Doughty and Western Kentucky had a record setting offense. The dude led the NCAA in passing 2 years in a row. It's a shame people don't remember him more.
@ yeah he was great. Numbers went down when rice rly took over the backfield, but he still would make highlight reel plays in big moments and make a huge impact in big games. Lot of good big east players in that era that are totally forgotten about because they weren’t nfl stars.
Showing my Iowa bias. 2002 QB Brank Banks of Iowa. Ended up as runner-up for Heisman behind Carson Palmer or Matt Leinert. And then playing USC in the Orange Bowl. Played some in the CFL after that.
I’m a Wisconsin fan. Here are some more names for this list from the Badgers. - RBs PJ Hill, Anthony Davis - WR Jared Abbrederis - TEs Travis Beckum, Lance Kendricks - DE O’Brien Schofield - LBs Mike Taylor, Vince Biegel
As a Texas A&M fan, I appreciate the Jerrod Johnson segment. He was the QB that pushed Ryan Tannehill to be a WR for a while. Johnson had a shoulder injury one year that ended up getting him benched and allowed Tannehill to become the starter I met Jerrod briefly at a bar in College Station in 2010, and he was a super nice guy. Very happy that he is on the rise as a coach
As a Miami Hurricanes fan i absolutely *love* Jacory Harris. That night game he led Miami to a win in Tallahassee in like 2008, always remember that game and Harris for that. Love that guy
Jerrod Johnson struggled with interceptions his senior year. After a 3-3 start, he was benched in favor of Ryan Tannehill who led the Aggies to a 9-3 finish. Jerrod had tons of talent and was a first class guy off the field. The interceptions did him in and derailed his career. Tannehill was clearly better so Johnson didn’t get another chance at A&M.
Should have Boykin on here... He was one of the funniest qb's to watch that I've seen. He wasn't jumping of the stat sheet, but he had TCU in the top 5 while he was there.
You obviously didn't do a great deal of research for this video. Did you just read their wiki pages? Jarrod Johnson got benched and his best receiver became the starting QB. You may have heard of the guy. Ryan Tannehill
11:34 Don't let anyone from Humble hear you pronounce it as "humble". They are VERY sensitive about the pronunciation. The "H" is silent, so it's pronounced "umble" (weird I know). Also, Jerrod Johnson is a living legend in Humble. His jersey just got retired by Humble High in September.
totally agree i've followed college fb for nearly 30yrs and haven't heard any of these players, i guess this channel, just picked a bunch of the most random players he could find so he could make a video for some "content"
If you don't know who any of these players are, then you probably don't follow all of college football. It's okay if you only follow your team or players in your conference, but acting like these guys were not stars is ignorant. These are players who had amazing careers in college. I can understand not hearing about one or two of these guys, but I knew who most of these players were. Unless you're 15, any big time fan of the game who doesn't just live in their teams echo chamber will know alot of these players. I have no problem if people don't know who these players were, my problem is people acting like they didn't have great careers simply because they didn't know who they were.
Who should be in part two?
Mo Ibrahim
Antonio Callaway. Absolute STUD his freshman year but off the field issues ruined him.
@TheForeverRanger YES

Taylor Lamb App State Legend. Keith Wenning Ball State Legend. Ryan Aplin Arkansas State Legend.

Anthony Miller was a stud WR for Memphis and showed a walk on can make a difference. He was vital when Memphis beat Josh Rosen and UCLA.
Someone needs to talk about how AMAZING Antwan Randle-El was at IU and how Omar Jacobs was the reason a lot of people watched MAC FB in the middle of the week
Damn. Omar Jacobs was on of them ones to me as a jit . You right!
Brandon Doughty and Western Kentucky had a record setting offense. The dude led the NCAA in passing 2 years in a row. It's a shame people don't remember him more.
I remember watching him play.
Matakevich’s only problem is he lacks great speed. He’s a 2 down LB, and those are a dying breed.
Scooby Wright
He's killing it in the UFL
2-star scoob!
Brian Leonard Rutgers. Guy had a crazy few year run.
Ray Rice made people forget how good Leonard was. A real Swiss army knife.

Banks was an absolute DAWG!!! Made the early 2000’s CFB fun to watch
As a USC fan I always thought he never gets talked about enough. He had an amazing year
Was a great Barnstormer, too
That was such a great team
Brank Banks?

I don’t know if you’ve done a video on him, but Missouri QB Brad Smith was silky smooth when he was there. He was in the early 2000s.
As a Texas A&M fan, I appreciate the Jerrod Johnson segment.

I remember Hood from old acc network highlights lol
I have Doughy’s rookie card, and when I saw wku on the thumbnail I instantly remembered him. Keep up the great videos!
Zach Robinson from Oklahoma State
As a Miami Hurricanes fan i absolutely *love* Jacory Harris. That night game he led Miami to a win in Tallahassee in like 2008, always remember that game and Harris for that. Love that guy
Talk about a blast from the past. I loved his game
You should do a video on miller moss getting benched
I’d always sign Gerod Holliman to my Madden team. He had 81 on catching. He’d always lead the league in ints.
Wendell Smallwood only player on this list with a super bowl ring. Great video bro.

Fun idea for a video, What happened to the Top 10 passers in SEC History.
Tim Williams spin move was freaking deadly
3:31 - I'd still say that Andy Isabella is the best WR in UMass history. Sharpe is definitely #2 though... _NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER!_
holliman went to my school. i swear the ridge produce some of the most underrated secondary
Shane Carden, Jordan Lynch, and Lil'Jordan Humphrey
only know alot of these players from ncaa 13 / ncaa 14 😂

Otis Anderson. RIP
Bruce Gradkowski Toledo QB was great.
He torched Eastern Michigan every year.
Make a early Playoff video for fcs football
This a u know ball all star video
Tajae should gone to BC.
No wonder Tim Williams didn't make much of an impact in the NFL That's a pretty generic name 😕
Repent and trust in Jesus you will be saved
How do you do that
@ trust in Jesus like you would trust a parachute as Ray Comfort would say
You chose Smallwood out of WV? Over Pat White? Steve Slaton? Noel Devine? …….
No disrespect but these are no great forgotten stars 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
That is disrespectful....
Small % of college players make it after college
HAVE SOME RESPECT.....
@ it wasn’t about making it to the NFL but these dudes wasn’t even big time college football players and I’m not trying to be disrespectful
Idk i recognize alot of these guys being decent
totally agree i've followed college fb for nearly 30yrs and haven't heard any of these players, i guess this channel, just picked a bunch of the most random players he could find so he could make a video for some "content"
