Damn those are some crazy prices for concrete, I just got mine for $14.000 31x51 8 inch thick with footers and ofcorse rebar 4000 psa. and i got 2 inch thick enclosed spray foam for $11000 roof and walls R14 !
Hello. I am in Indiana so I could not go through you at this time for my building like you said. I have some questions. I had a 26x50x10 built. So we have both cold and hot weather here. They left no gap under the ridge vent for heat exhaust. Do I cut it so I can put in a ridge vent to help control moisture or will that not be enough. If not what about me doing an exhaust vent in the gables that run on their own by a humidity setting? Or would I need both? I am doing a 1” foam board for insulation with a 1” gab between for air flow. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
Since your building has already been built, it's recommended to add the exhaust vents to the gables to help regulate the internal temps of your building. The gable vents are easier to install and more cost-effective. Combining exhaust vents and other forms of ventilation such as ceiling fans and/or exhaust fans for help achieve optimal ventilation.
@@wolfsteelbuildings ok. That is what I was thinking. Is there a good way to seal a gable vent on the outside from weather since I have vertical siding? Thank you
@@cae2024 yeah - you can purchase trim for the perimeter of the vent (head trim/ J-trim) and seal with exterior sealant preferably metal roofing sealant/ caulk. You can find at your local hardware store. menards/lowes/home depo
They can be, if you let us know what it is that you are wanting we adjust the building accordingly. Our sales reps tend to ask you this in your initial call
We wish we could service all - we've reduced our coverage areas to ensure we are providing great quality to ALL clients we can service. Looking to expand in the future with more control. Best of luck on your project Ricardo. Hopefully our channel assist you with what to look for from your builder (:
Pricing is all location based. This is why most companies ask 'Whats your zip code" as soon as you as for pricing. Thanks for the insights! We appreciate the comment.
Thanks for the insights! A building of that size with concrete and insulation for 20K is not something we could do. We believe in hiring skilled laborers and paying correctly for their skills in this economy. This continues to keep our quality high.
We aren’t typically the cheapest option, we focus on the quality of the buildings for our clients. We service the state of Texas so remember pricing can vary by a lot of factors

We have priced out many building options. That size building, with concrete, site prep, insulation, and doors for 101k is a pretty awesome deal.
Yeah seems very expensive. Even for the quality.
It is way overpriced, they are defenatly double charge theire customers.
@@Moneymikey58companies that claim to be expensive because of quality tend to be just as cheap as everyone else lmao.
What about condensation from the building? Would it get wet inside or is there any ventilation on the roof?
Condensation can happen you need to have a good enclosed envelope, or ventilation to create the interior thermal break. Thanks for your comment!

Do you know about how much it costs to keep these at around 72 degrees inside each month
Unfortunately we do not Justin, we have not gotten that insight from clients.
Do you bill 40x60 in the North Carolina Roanoke Rapids
We do not. We only service Texas
Could this be used as a home as well?

So was the concrete 4”, 5” or 6”?
Can you go over that and explain it just a bit?
