Kendrick's discography still doesn't have bleamish. Cole is inconsistent with his albums but bar for bar, he is one of the best rappers alive. Drake is inconsistent with his albums. But he still makes bangers here and there. Pre-Views Drake is a beast. Banger after banger. But still even their peak albums doesn't reach the heights GKMC and TPAB reached.
Y’all saying he’s biased but he’s just keeping it real lol. It’s not saying they’re bad albums he’s just ranking em and I can’t lie he did very well. I’d switch some up but he did good.
So many are salty that Kendrick's at the top. Lmao, seriously? It's not just bias or riding. On lyrics and concepts alone, Kendrick has no rivals right now, much less should he be compared to a clown like Drake. Drake stopped being an artist after Views with Take Care being his magnum opus, but that Drake is long gone.
Great lost but 4yeo is way too low. J. Cole is just being simple and effective on this project unlike the other big 3 members. Every song on this album has a place on my mind. Even folding clothes has it. I think it is a solid 9/10

it's one of the greatest works of 2022 and definitely one of his best works as well. Idk why people keep hating on him, maybe it's because they're insecure about the fact that he's better than their favourite rappers.

For me they are simply much more enjoyable than MM&TBS and also much more memorable. @@devilfriend no. A non bias video wouldn’t have Kdot in the top 4 spots. That’s just simply not true
i dont know why people hate cole for dropping out of the kendrick beef. he himself said on middle child that he would not go against any rapper if he didnt have a legitimate reason
So basically…. Kendrick’s Like That 🤷🏾♂️
This is so true and I love the way you explain each and every album.
Kendrick is hands down the greatest rapper of all time, and in my opinion one of the best artists ever
I think you meat riding lol
Imo your perspectives at times can be a stretch, however, I genuinely would have placed & constructed this breakdown the exact same. Great work my friend
Mr Morale was a low point but it's okay, we forgave him for that
@@boomerthedingo2196Mr Morale wasn’t even a bad album, I was a really well written album with not a lot of commercial success
Y’all saying he’s biased but he’s just keeping it real lol. It’s not saying they’re bad albums he’s just ranking em and I can’t lie he did very well. I’d switch some up but he did good.
you forgot to add "by a Kendrick fan" at the end of the title
J Fold 💀. All his albums are shit now because they are all cap😭😭
@@BarrackTheGoatuzi better then all 3
@SuperWeatherShield6623 it is tho
Wait, oh yeah J Cole called TPAB mid, that is quite possibly one the worst takes of all time
The Kendrick Lamar meat riding is crazy
He is not wrong
some pretty horrible takes but h can’t lie Kendrick rightfully deserves the top lol
As someone who’s both a cole and Kendrick fan, you really deterred me with this list. Was hoping for a little less bias, but this definitely feels top heavy. That said, your channel, your opinion, your content, so you do you.
As a newer Kendrick fan, I put on Mr Morale having heard some people's opinions on social media, expecting to hear a truly terrible album, and boy was I surprised. All I can say is never is - it's better to experience something yourself and never let others force an opinion on you. It's my second favourte Kendrick album.
it's one of the greatest works of 2022 and definitely one of his best works as well. Idk why people keep hating on him, maybe it's because they're insecure about the fact that he's better than their favourite rappers.
Tyler praise it, Em praise it, Pharrell praise it. Listeners just want bangers from Kendrick.

Man I’m a big Kendrick fan, but Mr morale is way too high. That album not even that good
It's a really good album but it's not for everyone cause it lacks playback value but as a piece of art it is amazing
@@SniperXD-qo3jl i agree with the no replay value, but I guess where we differ is, in terms how we view it. Cause playback value is an important factor when listening to music. No matter how good the concept is, if the music has no replay value, it’s pointless. What’s the point of listening to music if you can’t go back to it? If you sonically enjoy a sound, you will keep replaying it, and coming back to it. Idk, I feel like y’all over complicate music way too much. And tbh, I see Kendrick Stans doing it the most
@@dmw7681idk I have no issue going back to that album whatsoever, and I don’t force it, I just genuinely enjoy the record.
@@dmw7681 replay value is a very subjective thing, if we would take that into account the whole ranking could be different
@@EntrEsprit yeah I know it’s subjective. But he himself just admitted that it didn’t have replay value. And my issue is, if it doesn’t have any replay value, then what do you like about it so much? It doesnt make sense to me. Every album that I love and cherish, has replay value, in my opinion. Because if it didn’t, that’s just telling me, that it isn’t sonically pleasing. Like I said, ppl make music way too complicated
putting section 80 ovcr 4yeo, off season or born sinner is diabolical work
Kendrick glazera I tell you
I do love section 80 and I think it’s kind of close, I do think 4yeo and maybe off season are probably better
Untitled. Unmastered is better than most of Drakes Discography
Seriously tho and I like Drake but bro is microwave music
Imagine counting a techno album when talking about rap. If that counts then a Collab album should also count.
He put Kendrick’s recent album over EVERY ALBUM Drake or Cole made, that should tell you enough about who he’s riding
Because Kendrick's recent album is better than Drake and Cole's entire catalog
its not riding its just actually better

I mean, you really think that Cole n drake are better then kdot? Would you put their worst projects above kendricks worst?

Based off concept, I agree with this but Forest Hills Drive NWTS and Take Care are Top 5 for sure...
There’s no room for those in the top 5 since Kendrick exists

forest hills and off-season should be a bit higher and mmatbs is NOT better than damn
I don’t get why people think you gotta put someone down to lift yourself up. Like just because J Cole thought dissing Kendrick was wrong and he took it back means he ain’t hungry or he can’t be in the big 3. Like what you want him to be fake and hate on Kendrick just for your enjoyment, seems like the opposite of what I’d want from an artist like J Cole. I just don’t see how that choice affects his artistry.
Dude really think FATD is bad... Bruh just say you don't like Drake. I'm not a Drake fan but that album was good. Not his top 3 but it's good in its own way
My thoughts exactly
Drake's last shit is just shit
Huh…a 23 song album bloated with features and pop records and not only that had to click up with J Cole just to rap for 6 more songs..? That album??? Okay right
@@rayking2396 first off yes it got some flops, but in the right situation and place, most the songs fit in.
I'm not saying FATD is a great album, or his best, but its not horrible. It's like middle of his albums and mixtapes
@@NathanBLTZ honestly I think his worst tape was Honestly Nevermind. I'm not really a house music type of person. So that's just my opinion
Putting MMATB in the top 5 should be punishable by law. It’s made worse by the fact that you have DAMN at only number four ??
NWTS and Take Care are both miles better than MM&TBS
Disagree personally. Take care hasn't aged well to me and NWTS I personally find a bit boring. Good projects, but I'd say MMTBS is equal to or slightly more enjoyable as the production is stronger and more theatrical and the lyrics are more compelling. I'm not the type who sees some hits on an album and thinks it's god tier lol I need a good body of work I can enjoy from start to finish.
Like you really still banging The Motto/Marvins Room etc? Lol idk man shit hasn't aged gracefully imo
When you are talking about hits to bump in your day to day yes, but as an album morale, I’d argue, is miles ahead of both of them
@@majormind1584what’s songs are you listening to on mr morale then?
@@majormind1584 both albums have aged well and are great listens from back to front. They have a perfect balance of hits and more lyrical/personal songs. For example take care has its hits like headlines, crew love and marvins room whilst also having great deeper cuts such as underground kings, look what you’ve done and lord knows. For me they are simply much more enjoyable than MM&TBS and also much more memorable. However they have had much more time to age so in a few years my opinion could change although it is very unlikely it will.
