Canned Summer Salad For Winter | Salad Recipes
Ingredients:
1 kg of tomatoes
1 kg of cucumbers
3 green peppers
2 red capia peppers (optional)
2 red onions
2 white onions
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Half a glass of olive oil (100 ml)
1 teaspoon of grape or apple cider vinegar per jar
6 glass canning jars (400 cc)
Preparing sterile jars for canning:
1. Put hot water in a large pot and add 2 tablespoons of salt.
2. Place jars and lids in boiling water with the help of a wooden spoon without touching them.
3. Boil by rotating it for at least 20 minutes so that all sides are in water.
4. Again, with the help of a wooden spoon, remove the jar and lids from the water on a paper towel tray, without touching the interior.
5. When the jars are completely cool, fill your food without touching the inside.
