Secondly, the Chinese also ignored the lives of their people and abandoned cannon fodder, but they retreated and lost to the Japanese. The French do the same. It's not just about cannon fodder, it's about how much courage and fortitude there is in this cannon fodder.... All German soldiers and generals wrote in their memoirs that the Russians fought braver than all their other enemies.

The US supplied over 90% of Soviet railroad tech, which was absolutely crucial to logistics, and they sent hundreds of thousands of trucks, also for logistics and transports. Not to mention food and oil, crucial to the Soviets in 1942 and 1943 when access to the breadbasket Ukraine and the oilfields south of Stalingrad were near unaccessible. The Soviet war machine was insane without a doubt but Allied lend-lease had a much bigger impact than you give it credit for.
