Dear Lewis Nicholls show my name is Sophie and I am such a big fan of Waterloo road wish it would come back to bbc one I have idea why don't you get the cast from Waterloo road to do a little skit on zoom also could you get all the Barry's to reunite that would be amazing thank you Lewis great video could u get some of the cast to say hi to me please thank you from Sophie xxxx
This is legendary. Waterloo Road is one of my top 5 favourite TV shows of all time. It was so poignant for me being a teenager at the time and many of the show's storylines and themes were reflected in the world around me.
Thank you so much for your love and kind words of kay Purcell. She is deeply missed by myself and hubby as we where so close. Her children and grandchild are so lost without her. My heart feels so much love for you guys. You are all amazing people and I would love to see waterloo Road back on my screen xx
She was a very special person, gone far too soon, you and her family have my deepest condolences. I absolutely loved her as Candice in WR and Gina in TBR & TDG.
honestly Lewis is such a fair and good interviewer! you can tell how comfortable they all feel! and he is still able to steer the conversations in such a natural way
Katie griffiths (chlo grainger) should’ve been on here. She’s one of them ones who don’t have any social media so u can’t contact her. She keeps herself to herself which is good
During lockdown, I started to binge watch Waterloo Road. Best thing I've done in ages. How much I love this show. This reunion is hilarious! Great to see everyone so 'grown up' 😅
Sorry but did anyone else notice Tom (Paul) holding his little baby girl, my mind still can’ t process the fact that they have all grown up so much! Thank You for doing this reunion it made my night!
Having only recently watched series 1-7 for first time on I player and living in Rochdale I’ve really enjoyed it; plus love spotting local landmarks used for filming. Wonderful series, great cast, splendid reunion. Thank you Lewis for all you’re Waterloo Road specials.
Overall loved the video. I think what this video does highlight is not only how fondly the early years of Waterloo Road are remembered but also the resentment and disloyalty certain people felt when it moved to Scotland. It saddens me that the last few years didn't quite match up to the first few but Waterloo Road will still go down as a staple of my adolescence and is arguably the best school-based drama of all time!
So happy that this reunion happened I loved watching Waterloo Road when I was younger. It's lovely to see how some of the cast look none of their faces have really changed much. Really enjoyed watching this so thank you this makes me feel so nostalgic!!
Ah, that was brilliant. Absolutely loved Waterloo Road, was the highlight of my weeks! 😊 Thank you for putting that together, and thanks to the crew coming together for it!
i love this so much, i only recently started watching waterloo road and im hooked, almost finished all 10 seasons now. this was great to watch, loved seeing everyone reunite after this long time :)
wow thank you so so so much for putting this together , it was amazing to see all of the amazing cast together again , it was an amazing idea, cant wait for the second half but the cast from the Scotland series , it was good to see Grantly and tom and the other cast again. i was a huge fan of waterloo road and i still am and i always will be am even re watching them all again .
I actually can't tell you enough just how grateful I am for you taking the time and effort to make this WR Reunion possible and what an amazing job you've done to. Although it's a shame Denise Welch (Steph), Christine Tremarco (Davina), Eva Pope (Rachel), William Rush (Josh) and Jack McMullen (Finn) couldn't have made it. The BBC defo need to reboot this incredible series, though it would have to be back in Rochdale with some of the original cast and I like the sound of the Bobby Ewing idea for Tom & Grantly 🚿😂 Thanks again Lewis, I look forward to seeing what other WR video's you'll be doing soon, keep up the great work.
Waterloo Road was the best thing the BBC has put out since 2006 by far, watched it from day one series one. It started just as I was in my last year of school, crazy to think how much time has passed, I remember it like it was yesterday. Cast all looking great. Tom Clarkson is a legend and It was never the same when the character was killed off, I still haven't forgiven the BBC 🤣 I never watched the last couple of series, it lost the magic towards the end and perhaps by then I felt too old to watch it lol. Also great to see characters Lauren, Vicki, Danielle and Earl Kelly wow what a monster he was!
Hope the cast get to see the comments here, Ive been watching episodes all day on Iplayer - they are only on there for 6 months can we get the BBC to keep them on there, its worth the TV license!!
It’s so weird them talking about the characters when you used to them playing them ah, my Favourites were Kyle, Finn, sambuca, teriq, josh, Clarkson, loads more 😊
Jason Done is absolutely iconic XD 8:57 "You really are turning into Jackie Weaver" 🤣🤣🤣 The Gail Platt joke had me in tears too haha. Hoping to possibly try out a Waterloo Road tribute audio drama series on my other RUclips channel - mainly just doing Doctor Who, but others are planned. (Would have to be with a new cast though, as I don't think I'd be able to get any of the original cast members on there!) Nice one Lewis - great video indeed! Gonna definitely check out the Scotland reunion too!
thank you so much for this reunion, means the world to see season 1-7 cast, missed them so much and i literally smiled the whole way through this interview so much nostalgia flooding back
Was brilliant watching this. Thank you everyone who took part and Lewis for organising the reunion. Really miss the show and was great hearing behind the scene stories.
Idea for a bring back spin off: The characters all move on to a council estate after losing their jobs due to the school being knocked down (tying in the lose of the school building but keeping the location and surroundings) the characters all begin to meet each other and realise they all were former waterloo pupils or teachers and they relieve the days of their time at waterloo road and the forgotten years!
I used to watch waterloo road when I was in secondary skool and loved watching it. Me and my mates wud always talk about waterloo road episodes in skool. Miss them days, so nostalgic. Finn sharkey was one my fav characters. I still love watching old episodes tho
This is such a great series. I missed it the first time, and am so grateful to get a second chance to watch it. And like casualty all the characters were absolutely perfect.
Absolutely amazing!!! Omg this is a blast from the past.. I enjoyed the whole 2hrs!! I know all the scenes you were talking about, oh I loved this!! Thanks Lewis🥰
Really bad that they didn’t let Reece know that Denzil’s death would happen in the bus crash and that he was leaving, Georgia is right though, they needed that shock factor. They do it in lots of shows to get reaction, those actors probably get told they’re going to be killed though.
Omg I just said that when waterloo road initially came off air, Waterloo road should come back, I initially thought a Christmas Carol Tom, ghost of future past???
Thanks so much for this, it feels like an extra episode even though there’s no acting. This whole call was so entertaining I hope you can manage to do this again some time 👍 also if you ever try to get this together again we need to see fin sharks back
It's here - Waterloo Road REUNION number 2 with stars from the Scotland series 8-10.

Fun fact denzil was killed because the actor jokingly tweated that no way was he going to Scotland. So BBC took that as confirmation.
