The Terminator series is one of sci-fi’s most beloved franchises, starting with the original The Terminator 1984 directed by James Cameron. But these badass cyborgs are tough to kill, especially when they’re custom built to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Between the original Terminator movie, T2 Judgement Day, Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines, Terminator Salvation, Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Terminator Genisys, there’s plenty of cyborg smashing instruction to go around. So we condensed the canonical terminations into one handy dandy guide to teach you how to kill the Terminator. Whether you’re John Connor, Sarah Connor-- Linda Hamilton, Lena Headey, or Emilia Clarke, whomever you prefer-- or Kyle Reese, the Terminator movies are known for their incredible action and robot rampages.
If you want to lead the human Resistance, you’re gonna need to know how to take these metal monsters down. The sinister Skynet unleashed all kinds of different Terminator models, from the suspiciously Austrian T-800 to the liquid metal T-1000 and beyond, and they’ve become eerily efficient at exterminating the human race. Terminators of all shapes and sizes have attempted to stop the human rebellion before it even started, but there’s no substitute for good old fashioned elbow grease. James Cameron knew what he was doing when it came to designed an unstoppable metal menace, and everything from the original Terminator to the nanomachines in Genisys have provided awesome antagonists for our heroes. That’s why you need to learn how to kill the Terminator, before the Terminators terminate you. Cyberdyne Systems was great at designing killing machines, but they weren’t perfect. They have weaknesses, even to our present-day non-plasma weaponry. So, if it turns out you’re destined to be humanity’s savior, or your unborn child is, don’t despair! "Phased plasma" basically works like the lightning gun from Quake, but with the added element of a guiding laser. The laser beam opens up a channel through the atmosphere, then the gun sends out a controlled lightning bolt that travels down the channel.
The t-800 was upgraded after terminator 2 after Sky net found out how it was terminated. Leading to newer models of the t-800 being molten steel proof.
I always loved, Terminator 2, as the best of the original trilogy! I love the performance, the fight scenes, chase scenes, I just love it! Shout out to T2! Also, I would like to say, Kya is so cute!✌🏾😉

its definetly not the best, but its not the worst either, the special effects for the t-800 (endo) and the practical effects for the T-600 were amazing. And the camera shots instead of cutting around like alot of modern films, are more smooth

I remember watching Terminator 3 when I was younger. It’s was the only Terminator movie I had ever scene and it was good. The only part I will always remember is when he say “you are terminated.” I like the movie.

My favorite Terminator is the classic T-800.
I figured the Terminator in the first movie was moving all jerky after the explosion because it was designed to use all those muscles in just lost. Remember, it wasn't until the second movie that it was suggested those metal skeletons were just walking around the battlefield - in the first film, we only see tank and plane drones in combat, the Terminators are all infiltration units.

A T-600 killed by a little girl... except all that girl did was cut a line to let the T-600 get smashed by a vehicle, which is what actually killed it. Also since the CPU is in the head, of course decapitation does the trick. The tricky part of course is to decapitate a Terminator in the first place, which either requires a very powerful gun or the assistence of another terminator. Preferably both. As for the T-X, her endoskeleton is very durable and unlike the T-1000 is not as easily knocked out from something as puny as a shotgun. Also, considering the mini nuke was pushed into it's mouth, I don't think any machine would just survive that. You honestly think the T-1000 could survive a nuke blowing up in his face or out of his face?
