"We were talking these days, talking about what is happening in the tango, about its future, and there is this question: is it ending or is it continuing?
In my opinion we are in a very interesting era for the tango, it is not true that it is ending, indeed very exciting in this period, doing tango, embrace tango, even for us that we are directly involved in this area, is very exciting to see many people who make interesting new things.
Tonight we thought to give a tribute to very courageous orchestras, which today are doing the tango, it is no longer 1940, we are in 2019, but there are a lot of musicians who do quality things and with a traditional taste and tonight are all new orchestras.
It would also be nice if you went to find out, because today's music scene is very effervescent."
