They are different people, no onboard commentary from anyone else would've been the same as Dylan's since everyone will do it differently. To the people of MotoGP, I believe most don't hate on Simon, it's just that the people who do scream the loudest in the comment section. He should stick around and the shitstorm will pass eventually.

I'm sure it's a little off but, I'm sure the lean angle sensor is attached to the bike and not him. If you look at his riding style you can see that he does not move all that much and that means you have to lean the bike that much more. That's why it so impressive to see the lean angles of modern MotoGP riders (bikes,tires). They hang their upper and lower body so far off and still achieve these lean angles. The guy in the video isn't helping the bike or tires as much. He is making the them do a lot of work and that's gonna make his lean angle that much more extreme.
Dylan, was a 'HEAR' rider, he sure was NO 'SHOW or GO' rider.... If I want to HEAR someone TALK about riding, I'll go to a seminar, and Dylan can be the Key Speaker.. If I want to SEE and LEARN from a someone, Dylan was absolutely NOT the person to watch....
n7hevn, if you are learning from Simon (Motovudu-by ridding the exotic tracks and obtaining 1st hand with a former champion- outstanding news, Dylan was not/or will be at the level but it was humorous side to the discipline which was entertaining

MotoGP I don't think care about their social presence, even though they're going to have to stream there races more and more the more technology gets better they need to invest more into the social media presence because this is what the world sees as an impression of what your sport is. From this point, both are different, one is reporter and he can ride the bike, another one is ex gp racer and can ride faster but still able to talk eventhough a bit. That's not easy guys.
