I understand the hate you get could put you down but there 247 thousand that love you so please upload more and I understand that life dose get in the way but please
1:49 around Jerez is no joke, I can tell you that for sure. I've been to a few track days up there and there are great riders on great bikes doin 1:55. OK, so it's a HP4 with slicks, but you still have to ride the thing. Seriously impressed by Chris' 1:49
Its been amazing to see you progress as a rider over the years. Compared to watching you wobble around some dodgy airfield in the rain all those years ago to now you are so damn smooth and so damn quick. Respect!
Holy shitballs, I don't know what it is exactly, but watching Steve with his fluro 'instructor' vest flapping in the wind like the cape of some superhero is mesmerising as he glides through those bends. Trackday heaven is all I can see. Thanks for sharing Baron.
Nothing can replace the knowledge gained from a pro. They understand tracks and riding on a whole other level and each one has their own way of being fast. I loved the first part of this so much information and insight. I always find it funny when you go out on your first lap or two for a lead follow and they say, "ok we'll just go and work the track a little and follow my lines", and then end up pulling away and you find yourself going faster than you thought you would. Good fun man!
4 day event! That must be utterly exhausting! I went on a track day crack day beng - set up 2 - 2 day events in a row. By my third day i was trashed. I was to take two days off then attend a 3 day event. I was lucky it rained on my 4th day on the 2 and 2 and it rained the first and last of the 3 day event. I love 2 day events. I learn the most from them. I am heading to Calobogie in Ontario Canada for my first time - if you have never seen it before - well ill let you look up its gorgeous 3.25 mile venue. I will be attending a 4 day there which i cut down to a 3 day. Run a saturday then the monday and tuesday, taking sunday off to digest what i learn.
I’d definitely recommend anyone getting some tuition from Steve if the opportunity arises. Doing the track trip, it’s surprising how useful it is being at points at the track and having him talk through each corner. You and the HP Race are bloody quick, top job!
Good shit bro, that bike is insane!! Just from watching you over the many years and track days, you've become a whole other beast! keep up the good work!!
Chris, thank you SO MUCH for sharing your track day videos. Like others have said: it’s been a joy watching how you e become a force to reckon with on the track over the last 5+ years!
Was there in late May, first time, tarmac and gp vibe impressed. Chris is making it look easy, apart from continualy mess'n up turn 2, I did well, last 4th section of track has no equal any where . . unbelievably good track
Yes that was amazing stuff, man that bike moves,I think I preferred your lines to the instructors ones, you defo have to get that race licence sorted,I think you missed your calling.more of this when ever possible please
hi i love your videos, escpessialy the "road trip's" like when you drove in the alps :D but the race track videos are super great as well. keep it up ur great!
How many days a year are you on a track ? Ive been rising track for 6 years, the past two more regularly. Still picking up over a second each time I return to a track I time. How long did it take for you to stop increasing your times significantly? I did 19 track days last year and shooting for 27 this season.
5 seconds faster than previous RR in road trim, 3 seconds faster than new RR in road trim - from my own laps at Jerez, each rider and circuit is different.
@@BaronVonGrumble Thanks. That's about what I was expecting. My guess is that the power and weight benefits of a full exhaust system and tune on the new RR would reduce the gap by another second, but the HP4 Race has just too many top-end performance components to be caught by a street bike, even with the same tires. I wonder if/when BMW intends to create an M Race track-only bike.
-Thank You Sir @BaronVonGrumble for all the inspiration! -I will be doing my first track day in two weeks. Don't have a dedicated racer bike, but will be scaring the s outta myself riding around the track with my modified 2000 Kwaka ZX12R.... and in a way you will be there with me, in spirit or is it "Spritzen" at least, I have the "JizzMachine" sticker on my helmet : )
Did you spank those dutch guys? ..and you're right. That was some pretty epic footage! Bloody hell that bike is amazing, and you seem to be doing really good on it. Amazing to watch :)
I'll probably go to Jerez in Winter, just been to Dijon 2 weeks ago and going there again in September. I'm only 19 btw lol but I have an amazing friend aka boss
Riding starts at 9:10 if you want to skip the knowledge and just watch bikes... however i suggest you listen to Steve.
Hi
Love you baron upload more you jizz machine

I feel like Chris is a much better rider than he gives himself credit for. Hats off, a beautiful bike on a great track!

hes also a beautiful man in many ways, believe me I know.
Baron Von beautiful

'..a couple of warm-up laps with Steve' ..is flat-out for me..
Well Baron you’ve come a long way from green laning on the Gizer! 😂
"I've got some AMAZING footage"..........you're definitely not wrong there! Bloody hell that was good.
Its been amazing to see you progress as a rider over the years. Compared to watching you wobble around some dodgy airfield in the rain all those years ago to now you are so damn smooth and so damn quick. Respect!
Will put these lines into use on Ride 3 later tonight. Cheers Steve (& Chris).

I'll remember these line's if I ever get my Daf 85 tipper round there, cheers BvG.
Been up for 22 minutes and no awkward comments from 60 year old men about Joanna. That's weird.
BrO'Neill
Early doors 😉
Anyway I’m 50 👍
Soappy tit wanks all round....by Chris....
Who's Joanna?
Just got back from Jerez and this guide has been the best I've found. You should do more.
Managed to knock off 6 seconds from my last here.

I love the fact that you don't lounge room trophy this bike and actually send it!... props bro
The last 6 minutes is epic! The rest is amazing too but I must have rewound that last bit 15 times at least. Thank you so much for uploading this.
Good shit bro, that bike is insane!! Just from watching you over the many years and track days, you've become a whole other beast! keep up the good work!!
I wish you the very best Baron. You are highly regarded as a great person in my opinion

Loving the Jizz Machine key ring I got through the post today, thumbs up.
Great video. I've got my next trackday at Jerez booked for August. I hope I can improve my lines having watched this. Can't wait!
Goddam that was fast! When it looks that fast on camera you know it's supersonic in real life. Brilliant as always BVG
Great insight from Steve regarding how to manage that track
Amazing the HP4 had so much more flexibilty to spare, so now I want to see Steve's time around there on the HP4 ...
Did you beat the Dutch lads in the end? Love the sound of that HP4 Race.
Bloody ell that looks quick! Your proper fast!
Looked like a posh boy buying from his dealer!! at the beginning, You nailed that speed mate, hats of to you so much speed!! Another great vid 👍
These videos are fantastic. Keep them coming. The HP4 Race looks rock solid and super confidence inspiring despite being nutso fast. Cheers!
The fact that you have a HP4 Race to hammer around a track, What a life! Great video to watch as well.
Was there in late May, first time, tarmac and gp vibe impressed. Chris is making it look easy, apart from continualy mess'n up turn 2, I did well, last 4th section of track has no equal any where . . unbelievably good track
Some great lappage and ape..ex’s. Always great to hear the HP 4 stutter on exit. Awesome 👏
Jerez on a HP4 Race? My mind cannot comprehend how good that must be 😍
this onboard footage is a thing of beauty.
Love that audible traction control.
My hands are sweating watching this. God this is everything about why to love track time.
Fantastic video, I plan on running these lines when I enter my dream within a dream. No need for inception though, the idea is already in my mind.
You gave that HP4 a jolly good caning....bravo sir!
Love close footage following Steve, looks awesome at those speeds.
How smooth is Steve Brogan riding, doesn't look like he's even trying, quality riding.
*looking for a video to occupy my next 15 minutes about bikes*
Baron uploads. YESSSSSS
Great vid... more of this circuit guides we want! :)
Love his track run through!
Can only imagine the dislike is either Dutch or hated the poor Scouse impression. 9.9/10
Glad No.33 is doing you proud BvG! Such a great bike.

Nice guide and awesome riding
Did you manage to go any quicker with Steve's new lines?
Top quality video Baron! =) I don't know if I will ever be at a trackday on this circuit but if I do, I will hopefully remember that video. ;)
Riding on point!!! Such a good vid, thanks!

Love watching you razz it around on that beast. Great riding. Hope to be able to do a track day sometime.
VERY amazing footage! Thanks for sharing!
So glad to see an upload I sat through Ads. Cheers
This looks mega 👌🏼 top riding as well mate 🙌🏼 good to see that hp getting a jolly good spanking
Great content once again! Great explanation about how to maximize the track. Every thought of entering races yourself? You got the skills!
Mega looking track, would love to give it a go.
Damn, that is a lovely circuit... and what a bike! :-)
Great! And not so much YT picture crunching either 👍🏻 Looked like a bloody good time !
Brilliant riding!
Incredible stuff. Hope I can relearn to ride like that at some point
Thankyou so much for this. Excellent
Damn Chris, nice laps! 👊😎
These circuit vids are awesome, would be cool and pretty interesting to see a vid at Oulton park maybe 🙂
Love it. The sound qualitys good considering how fast you're going, presumably this is using an external mic on a hero7 black?
that was some epic footage!!
Wish we could see you guys at Phillip island gp circuit
amazing footage indeed! 👍🏻
Absolutely caned it!
You want to see a circuit guide around Jerez? Watch Ayrton senna’ onboard lap from 1990 round here
Legend, great video
10:39 that was beautiful
Great video!
How much better/faster is the HP4 Race than the new RR and the previous generation RR?
5 seconds faster than previous RR in road trim, 3 seconds faster than new RR in road trim - from my own laps at Jerez, each rider and circuit is different.

Sick mate! Thanks for the entertainment!
Take a bow. Awesome
👌
I bet a trackday is like 500 euro? Or 8-900 canadian?
That's a proper weapon right there.
Nice vid. One day I will get there with my trusty RR
Amazing
Any subtitles available 🤷🏼♂️😂
Eggcellent.
BaronVonSkills!! 🏁🏁🏁🤭👍👏👏👏👏
Fucking awesome! Jeez man you are seriously getting fast!!
Awesome 😁

Yes you did, well done Baron. I want to learn but funds are an issue atm. :(
Damn Chris. You know how to ride 😈
When you gonna give Fagin a go on it ?
Blasted past that bike at about 14:30 like it was standing still!
Liked it ✊️👌
My ambition is to ride a lap remotely close as quickly as Steve does a warm up lap!
Shit hot Chris 😎 great footage
