I'm curious if the battery you have will last very long? Can't wait to see it on the water.

I fished for 4 hours and the battery I had provided enough juice for the livescope , black box and monitor . I’ll try to use it for 6-8 hours to see if it last but so far so good my friend 😊👍

Forward is rocked all the way back
You have to do the update on the unit. The difference before and after the update is unreal. Don’t forget an 8-24g micro sd card. Any questions you have I’m happy to help out

Thanks man. I’ll be sure to update the unit. Did you have to do any calibration?

@@FishNTrips1 nope just turn it on and go. Make sure each time before you pull your transducer out of the water hit the pause button on the screen. Few people said it will damage the transducer if done too often.

Let me know if you need the most dialed in settings. Spent 13 hrs on the water tuning it and also watched hours and hours and hours of videos and finally got this bad boy dialed. Just trying to save someone the headache I went through.
On a side note my Livescope unit (same set up as you) I have a 18ah battery and it only lasts me 4.5-5 hours. I just upgraded to a 50ah battery and it was last 10+ hours.
Get yourself a dewalt 5ah batteries and the harness for it you hull have backup power that’s pretty light

Absolutely my friend. Would love to know and save hours of studying it 😊👍.

That’s great to know. The guy who sold me this was selling his battery so I might hit him up again for it. Lol.

      @@FishNTrips1 it’s 100% worth it.
So my settings after the update:
Depth I keep 5 deeper than I’m actually fishing so the power single is greater than just keeping it on auto.
The distance I keep between 65-80 feet
Gain I have set at 68% but can bounce between 65-70
      Noise reject medium
      Ghost reject low
      Tvg off
      Color limit 63%
      Color gain 83%
      Hope this helps

@@MrHabitat009 sweet man thanks so much! Will definitely try these settings! 😊👍

@@FishNTrips1 I’m fishing pretty clear water up in north Georgia but if you fishing stained water the color gain and color limit you make have to tinker with if it’s stained or dirty water. Try to keep you tgv low as possible because the huger you set it the more lag you get with the live image. It’s not much but just enough to be a little annoying if you have moving or suspended bass

Nice video on the install! I was thinking on getting the bigger screen! Are you liking the 93sv 9 inch screen? I have the 73 sv which 7 inches..

Thanks my friend. In my opinion, the 9" is perfect for my kayak. :)
