I was loving this home until we got to the laundry/mud room....not a deal breaker but, too small for a freezer... The master bedroom was the disappointment with the Iitty bitty closet & small bath... Loved the exterior look though.

Including basically everything except well/septic this plan would be very doable in that mid 200k range pending upgrades/options.
